Hi, Anonymous for this scenario you will need your service manual that has all fastener torque specs and a wiring diagram on the back pages, parts fiche, and owners manual if you can't find the best tool you ever bought for your Kawasaki, despair not, for a mere zero $0 you can download another one.

SOURCE: Fork Oil measurements

Hi,
You will need 150cc of 5W20 oil for the forks. You can buy the oil pretty much at any place that sells oil. It's the same oil as the dealer has but MUCH less expensive.
...glad to see there are more like you keeping the old Z's on the road.

How much fork oil do I put in

Dave, I usually measure the amount of fork oil that drains out of each fork and replace with that same amount. In my experience this is not necessarily a critical spec. All bikes are different, however. Many owners and mechanics will experiment with differing amounts and weights of oil. You may consult your dealership and try to get within a couple ounces of spec. Standard amount of fork oil for Honda xrm 125, what is best 2t or fork oil, my front fork is so bumpy

The fork oil does not have anything to do with the kind of engine do you have, 2t or 4t. Doesn't matter.
You need to replace the fork oil, you need to know the year of the fork. means, you need to know if it's a bladder or non bladder fork.
oil height of the bladder fork is approx. 70mm, non bladder forks run about 100mm oil level.
oil amount is about 530-600cc per leg

GPZ-1100 1995. Changing oil in engine and fork. How much fork oil to use? And what oil is better to use in engine? Thank you.

level of fork oil is more important than the amount...it should be 120mm from the fork top when fully compressed without the springs.
But if you want an amount then you're looking at 470cc although this will depend on wether the fork internals were stripped and dry before refilling. That's why using level is a better guide.

Engine oil for the 11 is 10w40

Volume of fork oil needed per fork for a 1986 VF 400 nc 13

Well, when you take off the fork make sure you empty it first before anything else then make sure that the fork pressure spring is released before changing the seals. The fork oil amount should be no more than 200 cc or no less than 190 cc

The forks hold 286ml or 9.67 US OZ of oil, best would be to use hydraulic oil.
