Hi and welcome to FixYa,

It would seem you posted twice, pls try here, here or here. In some, the wiring diagram is part of the Service Manual. If the year is different, most harness/wiring would be relatively similar.

Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa. Happy Holidays.

SOURCE: how to fill the front suspension on a ktm exc 2001

If you get the sevice manual or contact a dealer to get the correct oil amount for your bike, they need to know the model and year, you have to have the forks off the bike. take the fork caps off, take the springs out compress the upper fork tube all the way and add the specified oil. if they also give you the measured amount from the top that's the best way to get both fork oil levels exact. there is a special tool that you set the oil level in millimeters and it sucks out the oil to the right level, but before you do that step after adding the oil always pull and push on the cartage rod several times to remove air from the cartage tube. you will hear the air coming out and you will feel the changes in the cartage rod as the cartage tube fills up with oil and the air is removed.
something i'm confussed on though is if you replaced a seal you would have had to brake down the fork to replace it. you would have poored the oil into a container, cleaned all the internal parts, and used a fork seal driver to install the new seal. part of your question asks where do i put the oil in? thats in the open end of the fork after you have taken off the fork cap. It sounds to me like you only replaced the dust seal on one fork. that is not going to fix your leaking fork. you need to replace the oil seal thats pressed inside of the top fork tube.

I have a cub cadet riding mower that the coilpack needs replaced but according to the manual book it has two coil packs so how do I know which one is bad

Test the Resistance on Each Coil Unplug the coil pack's electrical connector and use a wrench to remove the coil pack from the engine. Set the ohmmeter to the 20,000 ohms range and turn it on. With the meter leads, touch the spark plug wire terminal on each coil. This measures the secondary resistance, which should be between 5,000 ohms and 15,000 ohms. Next, check the primary resistance for each coil. Set the ohmmeter to the 10 ohms range. Touch one of the meter leads to the center prong on the electrical connector of the coil pack. Touch the other lead to the corresponding prong on the electrical connector. The reading should be between 0.3 and 1.0 ohms. Repeat the process for each coil.

The coil for the #1/4 spark plugs is mounted on the left side of the bike, and has the solid orange (ground) wire and the red-with-white-tracer-stripe (hot) wire input leading to it.

The coil for the #2/3 spark plugs is mounted on the right side of the bike, and has the solid grey (ground) wire and the red-with-white-tracer-stripe (hot) wire input leading to it.

these are dual spark coils. this means that each coil sparks twice on companion cylinders.two leads out of one coil to the two middle cylinders and the two leads out of the other coil go to the two outside cylinders it doesnt matter which coil, but usually one of them has two long leads and the other two shorter leads

Where is the ignition coil?

You dont's say what engine but the coil is easy to spot, the coil lead at the distributor is the one in the center of the dist cap. Follow that to the coil. here is a picture of the coil.

I need help i have a 1990 yz 125 i have fire from the scatter plate to the cdi box i also have fire from cdi box what i need to know is how to hook it up to the kill switch and the coil

you run the positive lead from the cdi to the positive lead on the coil.... then somewhere between the negative lead on the coil and the frame/engine ground you splice in the kill switch.........what that does is breaks the ground when you push the kill switch which then kills the spark to the motor

I just want to know how to open the speaker so I can look at the voice coil and see if I need to soldier the wires

You can access part of the voice coil through the dust cap, but I think the leads you are looking for are usually run along the "spider" of the sub and will require complete dis-assembly to get to their destination on the voice coil. It is not impossible and I have successfully done this repair many times. You can start by following the leads from the terminals along the "spider" to check continuity. After they disappear into the frame you will however need to remove the cone/coil assembly from the frame to gain access, let me know if you need further info, as I may have a diagram of your sub, so let me know what brand/model it is if you need more info.
