Question about Honda Motorcycles
I took the rear tire off about a year ago to have the flat tire repaired now I need to know how to put it back together. there's a couple of spacers to install I want to put them in their proper places @
Hi, Otis the vast majority of service, parts fiche, and owners manuals on the internet are "FREE" to download and all service manuals contain wiring diagrams in the back pages. The rest usually charge a modest fee of $20 and there is a handful of obscure, rare, obsolete, and very old models that are no longer or never were available and some were never printed in English. The Indian and Philippine markets are usually in E-book format only, for these rare occasions I shall look on eBay and find the cheapest one available. Most of the manuals will cover your exact make, model, and year otherwise one will be provided that comes as close as possible to your bike and will have most of the same info that an exact manual would have. If there is no $ sign after the manual link it is free to download.
To download your manual for viewing or printing please click on the blue links below. Good luck and have a wonderful day.

Remove axel nut loosen chain tesioners get a friend to hold the break up if it is on the axel so it doesnt fall on your paint. >< pull out axel lift chain or belt off the rear drive and have friend get you a beer. Thats how I do it.

To adjust your cam chain.if you remove the small bolt in the top of the tensioner lock nut there is a 3mm thread in the adjuster rod.get your self a long 3mm screw or possibly a spoke (i use a tail lamp screw)thread it into the adjuster. Start the motor and with it idling undo the lock bolt(14mm head) and pull up on the screw just enough to get rid of the rattle. Dont overdo it. Then tighten down the locker. remove the screw, and refit the cover. Done. Dont forget to rate me for the advice. Cheers
