I downloaded the drivers for my HP PhotoSmart 1115 and I connect the printer when it tells me to and the next response is that my printer is not responding. I know the computer recognizes the printer because if I restart the computer with the printer attached it says "found new hardware HP PhotoSmart 1115". What could be the problem?
Is your HP Printer Not Responding on your MacBook or Windows PC? In the first place, you need to turn on the printer.
Stand by till the printer heats up in an inactive state.
Presently separate the USB association link from the rear of the printer. (On the off chance that the printer has a remote association, keep it associated.)
From that point onward, you need to destroy the ink cartridges from the printer.
While the printer is on, separate the force string to stop the force supply suddenly.
Sit tight for about a little while to clear the impermanent memory.
