I need the torque spec for the cylinder valve cover 2004 toyota sienna?

20. INSTALL CYLINDER HEAD COVER SUB-ASSY
(a) Apply seal packing to the cylinder head as shown in the
illustration.
Seal packing: Part No. 08826-00080 or equivalent
NOTICE:
 Remove any oil from the contact surface.
 Install the cylinder head cover within 3 minutes after
applying seal packing.
 Do not start the engine within 2 hours after installing.
(b) Install the cylinder head cover with the 9 bolts. Tighten the
bolt uniformly in several steps.
Torque: 8.0 Nm (80 kgf cm, 71 in.lbf)
(c) Install the engine wire harness with the 3 nuts.
Torque: 8.4 Nm (85 kgf cm, 74 in.lbf)
21. INSTALL CYLINDER HEAD COVER SUB-ASSY LH
(a) Apply seal packing to the cylinder head as shown in the
illustration.

harness protector with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 8.4 Nm (85 kgf cm, 74 in.lbf)

This is year/make/model specific to the 2nd Gen Sienna. Taken from the 05 Toyota Sienna repair manual. Hope this answers your torque specs for the valve covers which uses 10 mm bolts. If in doubt, as Scotty Kilmer asserts, do a "German tight".

1998 mercury grand marquis cylinder head to engine block torque specs

Tighten in 6 steps. These are torque to yield bolts and new bolts should be used.
1 Tighten all bolts to 28-31 ft lbs
2 Turn all bolts 85-95 degrees
3 Loosen all bolts 360 degrees
4 Tighten all bolts 28-31 ft lbs
5 Tighten all bolts 85-95 degrees
6 Tighten all bolts an additional 85-95 degrees

Torque specs for 99 f350 head bolts on 5.4l

Check this information for 1999 FORD TRUCK F350 SUPER DUTY P/U 4WD 5.4L EFI 8CYL and keep in mind that cylinder head bolts must be replaced with new ones. They are torque-to-yield designed and cannot be reused.

Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the sequence shown in three steps, as follows:
  1. Step 1-27-31 ft. lbs. (37-43 Nm).
  2. Step 2-tighten an additional 85-95 degrees.
  3. Step 3-tighten another 85-95 degrees.

99 Honda civic 1.6 engine torque specs and sequences for cylinder head

Tighten the cylinder head bolts to their final torque specification in two steps. Use a crisscross sequence starting with the bolts at the middle of the head and working toward the outer bolts.
  1. Step 1: Tighten each bolt to 22 ft. lbs. (30 Nm).
  2. Step 2: Tighten each bolt to 61 ft. lbs. (85 Nm).

For 1987-94 models, the cylinder head bolts are tightened in 3 progressive steps. Tighten them in the proper sequence as follows:
Step 1: 50-55 ft. lbs. (68-75 Nm) Step 2: 60-65 ft. lbs. (81-88 Nm) Step 3: 70-85 ft. lbs. (95-115 Nm) Let me know if I can assist you with anything else.
