If you're asking about the physical size, all SD cards are the same. If you're asking about the largest capacity SD card you can use on your camera, that may depend on the camera. SD cards max out at 2GB (larger cards are actually SDHC cards, not SD cards), but most cameras that use SD cards can use any of them. If you need further details, feel free to reply to this post. The Dimage Z3 accept SD cards up to 1GB (Minolta says 512 Mb, and sold it with 16Mb). This camera is 4MP , and uses less memory on card, therefore a 512MB card will be enough for it.
You'd better find some local dealer and try. Newer SD cards use the new SDHC profile which is not supported by the camera. 1G and smaller cards should have no problem but even this largely depends on toshiba's programming ability. 4G and above probably would not work.
