Oil tank threads for drain plug stripped. Unknown
If you live in the USA, you can go to an automotive shop and look for an item called "Thread Saver", it is a coiled soft steel spring that you use to fill the gaps between threads. Mind you this only works on minor thread strips. Any major thread damage will require either a replacement or a welding of a new bolt to the block.
Clutch not working
Check the clutch fluid in the clutch fluid reservoir near the clutch handle. It may have a leak or may have air in it. If it has air in it it needs to be bled out. Do a google search for bleeding hydraulic clutches on motorcycles.
How do you adj this cutch it just started sliping
if it is cable operated you want to adjust at the clutch perch (where the lever is mounted on) to where you have about an 8th inch of play before you feel the tension of the clutch in the lever. if that dosent do it change your oil if you havent done so already and if that dosent do it then the clutch is probably toast.
How to wire in a stereo amp to a switched (remote) line?
Check your fusebox. Test each fuse with the inition off, then each with the ignition on. Use one that is live when the ignition is on, but not when it is off. There is your switched line. It will probably be the largest amp fuse on the bike.
You could tap into the headlight power, that is a switched line and it is up near the front. If you're putting the stereo near the back the tail light is also switched.
On the 2009 Yamaha Raider
The two prong capped plug end is inside the headlight housing. It will
have a blue(or brown) and a black wire. Black is ground. Blue(or brown) is 12V+ when the
bike is running and the switch is turned on. These two wires terminate
at a plug under the tank on top of the airbox (under the ECM). You can tie into the lines in the headlight or tie in at the plug.
