If there is no fluid on the fork legs or the wheel the fluid very likely isn't leaking and is OK.
If there is fluid the fork legs need servicing at which time the fluid will be drained and replaced.

Therre is a vent from the underside of the tank to atmosphere. It may be pinched or clogged. If the cap has a vent it is plugged. clean cap in carburetor cleaner.

I would suggest that the wheel is of centre. check your preload and fork oil. you may also have a weak spring. this will allow one fork to ride higher and cause the wheel to lean to one side.

on right crankcase by brake pedal you will find a round cover with 3 bolts in it, remove this and you will find some more bolts to remove the second casing that holds the oil filter, be careful not to over tighten the bolts when putting back, i did and stripped the thread, complete change takes about 15 mins

look for your fuse panel may be by the drivers side or under the hood drivers side.Once found the panel or fuse box cover should tell you what number fuse is needed and where its located for both the tail light indicators and back brake lights good luck

Your Yamaha dealer sells a set of three washers/spacers (thin about 1-3/4" across) that probably were never put in your starter. It is a fix for intermittent or non working starters. The dealer should be able to tell you where they go in the starter.

If it is on all the time this usually means there is a possible problem with the bike or the engine. You need to get a Good bike specialist to look at this as it could be anything from a faulty sensor to a Serious engine problem. Get it looked at as soon as you can as using it with the light could be making it worse, (by worse i mean expensive).

Try the basics first. When was it given a Full service? (Spark plugs, air/oil/fuel filters and oil change. Have you got any warning lights on the dash? Has it been standing unused for a long time as sometimes a bad batch of fuel or old fuel can cause problems. Old fuel can go "Off" and leave a sticky varnish like coating clogging injectors and sticking valves.
Try this. When your fuel tank is down to about quarter full and the engine is cold add a bottle of injector cleaner to the tank. Start the bike and let it idle until it is up to working temperature. Don't 'rev it up' because at idle your getting a stronger mix of cleaner going through the injectors. Once she's warmed up take her out for a good long steady ride then fuel up on the way BACK home.
If this doesn't help you'll need to get a Good bike mechanic to look at it as it could be a worn engine part or an electronics issue.
