Doesn't the paint code exist on the metal tag on the frame with the VIN number on it. and sometime the vin has the code build in to it.
or ask the yamaha dealer buy the year it was made and the model.

if you changed the size of the rear tire than what it came with will sometimes throw off the whole balance of the front end..also especially if different size/wall heighth on front tire..

Do not try that. Save up and get a more powerful bike.

When was the last time u serviced your bike? Specially as follows

1. Tuning the engine
2. Change of plugs
3. Clutch plates
4. Carburetor air & fuel nozzles cleaned
5. Changed the engine oil
6. Air filter cleaned

Any one or a combination will give the bike a fresh, new feeling including acceleration. Also check the chain - sprocket assembly for worn out gear teeth & tighten the chain.............sodeep

Sounds like your regulator/rectifier or your CDI box. I would think regulator, because the bike is still running. Check to see what your charging system is putting out. If it is low, or really high it is the rectifier.

This is a highly ill - eagle act to do. In the old days we would put an electric drill on the drive cable, but now they make them tamper proof so they only go one way. The bezels are crimped on so you can't get inside them. I expect modern one may be electronic. How will your insurance company know what mileage you have done? I have never known an insurance cancel or fine due to mileage. You should have just disconnected it when you got close to the limit. Buy a used one and use them for 6 months in turns.
