Why are there no back brakes and no pressure on the pedal?

Check your rear brake master. Is there fluid in the reservoir? Have you tried bleeding the system? Does the operation of the pedal actually make everything operate as it should....is it all connected as it should be? Might require a strip down to replace seals etc. Sorry if none of this helps.

Where is the coolant resevoir located

A C90 is not a water cooled engine. It is a design that uses air and oil to cool the engine. There is no conventional radiator or coolant on this model. The finned cooler you see on the front of the bike is an oil cooler.

How do i replace U-Joint on 2007 Suzuki Boulevard c90t

You have to pull the rear drive unit, rear wheel and then access the U joint by normally removing the rear swing arm. Make sure to apply Honda Molt 60 Paste grease to all splines (especially where the driveshaft enters the drive pod (take grease seal off, lube and put new seal on.) This grease is critical to prevent drive failure (seen it lots of times) Join volusiariders.com as theres a scad of info there and people who know these bikes inside out

Suzuki headlight problems

If the needle isn't moving at all, on High or Low with the headlight sitting on the bench, it must be burnt out. If the light is a sealed unit, then it only needs a leak, it will burn out. If it's being checked on the bike, it could be a burnt dash board panel running light. The headlight is not OHMS balanced along with the turn signals. It could be a cut-out switch problem. The headlight laws in some country's, say they have to be on as soon as the bike keys are on. To prevent causing a dead battery, from too much Battery drain, there would be a cut-out when the starter is engaging. You Have provided, very little info for a potentially complicated electrical problem. People with these questions need to provide more information. It simplifies your return answer. Is your meter set to Resistance X1 or on voltage? Your meter could have a burnt fuse.

What type of spark plug

I use NGK iridium plugs. The bike runs very smooth at a low idle and the throttle response is spot on. DPR7EIX-9 is the plug number. Remember to take off the spark plug caps before installing as the wires only connect to uncapped plugs. Good luck!

2005 Boulevard c90 will die when put into gear?

Sounds like a kickstand safety switch that may be faulty or possibly unhooked, the best way too find out is to turn off your ignition of course then connect the two wires together, try starting your bike up and shift it into gear, If that works then you need too replace your stand switch, its not advised too run without your stand safety switch so replace it right away if it turns out faulty.

Suziki Boulevard C90 wont start, when hitting the ignition nothing happens

ASSUMMING THE BIKE IS 12 VOLTS WITH A NEGATIVE GROUND; 1. with a voltmeter check across the battery terminals and see that it has about 12-12.6 volts. If it does not then charge or replace the battery first. 2. Check the fuses; most bikes have a main fuse coming off of the battery or in the fuse box. 3. If the battery and fuses appears ok, check for loose or corroded terminals. Also look for connectors and wires that are corroded and/or have a melted look. 4. If everything before this checks out ok, check for 12 power at the back of the ignition switch. 5. At this point it is best that you have a wiring diagram to determine which wires carry power away from the ignition switch. Turn the ignition switch on and continue to track the power wires to where ever they go. When the ignition switch is turned on it should have some wires measuring 12 volts coming off of the switch or the switch is bad. Continue to track wires until they reach there source or a point that no longer has 12 volts and that will be the problem area.

Driveshaft problem, Boulevart VL1500 C90

Separate the final drive from the DS then install the DS back on the out put splines of the trans, and reinstall the final drive, you can gain partial access to the u-joint end by removing the stowage box and pulling back the rubber boot and use a small screw drive to help align the splines. To remove the rear wheel, just lift the bike, remove the brake support arm, and remove the axle nut and axle, remember to note the spacers and what side each came from (not interchangeable) the wheel will move to the brake side enough to be removed from the final drive. When reinstalled torque the axle nut to 81 lbft

How to set idle

It could be just a lean idle mixture. Even though it's injected it still needs air. Nothing to adjust timing wise. Sometimes a fuel leak inside the fuel tank on injected bikes will mess things up. They have fuel pressure lines in there. If something is leaking you'll get lean or no fuel at all. There should be an in line filter. It could be restricted. There could be a crack in the aluminium fuel line part, when someone puts too much force on it, while changing the filter. It leaks into the fuel tank so it go's un noticed. You may be able to see it jetting eddys in your fuel, like a current of water.
