it is in the fuse box on the left side under the tool box. you will see a large wire housing going into a metal box. remove that box from the frame and it is in there. sorry, I do not remember which one it is but it will be the one that is blown. not trying to be a smart ***, but I really dont know the number or if you knew where the box was. good luck

take off the tank. you will see a breather hose that comes off your air intake up on the right side. under that is the carb. look in next to the air filter and you will see what looks like a large radiator type clamp. get a long flat head screw driver and loosen it. the carb will pull up and lay over on top after it is removed. you can then disconnect the air lines and the rest of the lines to it and it will be free.

If you mean the clutch begins to slip after half revs then chances are that the fiber clutch plates are worn. I suggest you get a set of fiber plates and install. Pull the right engine cover and remove the clutch end cap. Note the sequence of plates as you remove them. You will have fiber plates and steel plates. Is the first plate removed fiber or steel? If the first plate removed is fiber then the next is steel, then fiber, then steel, and so on. Install the new plates in the same fashion. So if you started with a fiber plate you need to end up with a fiber plate when the install is done.

It may be your crome covers on your heads. Take your fingers and try to wiggle them . All of these bikes
have some kind of a rattle to them. Most not visible . I have found these covers to be the most often the
problem . You have to tighten just snug . Some times the rubber spacer on the bolts get damaged and
some come up missing.

did it have a K&N before?? or check sealing correct.

You will need to know exactly what doesn't work, then trace all the circuits and determine the failing wire or component.

Good idea to replace the gasket on the oil drain if you can. How tight? I get about 1 turn past snug. Filter (oil?) Snug then 3/4 turn. Air? Same.

Hello i have a question how do i knw where is my radiator water fluid insert and what is the big radiator looking box of my 86 Suzuki Intruder vs700,?? I was traying to remplace my water but it seems like it get oil some how to engine is that BAD RIGHT? cuz idk if the front box radiator looking type is my radiator or oil runner?

The horn is behind the radiator, it looks like a small black dome. The horn sometimes stops working when it gets dirty so if that's your problem you may be able to fix it by just reaching in and cleaning the unit.

No idea if Suzuki's are built by hand.

sounds like fuel. Rust in tank? Fuel filter, dirty carb jets?

Get a spark plug socket that has a rubber insert to hold the plug when removed or inserted. Go ahead and remove the gas tank but be CERTAIN to mark the hoses as to what goes where. This should allow you to locate the loose wire connection.

That sounds like it is an adjustable lever to be adjusted by the numbers to fit your hand size. Large hands lever farther away from the handlebar. Smaller hands lever set closer to the bars.
