Gray mushy stuff under raidator cap on 03 gsxr 750

This is emulsified oil. This usually indicates a failed head gasket or similar. First, drain the coolant, flush the system and clean the radiator cap. Then refill the coolant system and run the bike for a while and the check the coolant again. If you still have a **** in the coolant you will need to change the head gasket.

Bike shuts off???

if when your bike gets to riding temp. and, you turn it off; and, then restart... if the crank speed is slow replace your battery if your crank speed is normal replace your ignition module (batteries can be recharged and, measure 12 volts and, still be weak)
Amps can fall off (amps are what give the battery muscle to spin your starter ) ignition modules can be affected by heat and fail to maintain spark

What type of oil is best for my 2003 Suzuki GXSR

Suzuki makes a synthetic oil for under $10 a quart. Make sure the oil you use is JASO MA certified motorcycle oil.Do not use any oil that is Energy Conserving it will shorten the life of your wet clutch and transmission gears. Synthetic oil will help the bike run cooler and shift easier in hot weather riding.

FIRST, LIFT AND SUPPORT THE REAR OF THE UNIT OFF THE GROUND. CANT USE AXLE LIFT OF COURSE. TIE FRONT END DOWN, BOTH SIDES AND LIFT UNDER TRANNY WITH JACK.
REMOVE THE REAR AXLE AND REAR WHEEL ASSY. DISCONNECT THE REAR SHOCK FROM THE SWINGARM ASSY. REMOVE THE SWINGARM SHAFT LOCK AND NUT FROM ONE SIDE AND PUSH OUT OF THE FRAME WITH SOFT BLUNT OBJECT AS NOT TO DAMAGE THE SHAFT END. YOU WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO CUT CHAIN TO REMOVE. NO REAR BRAKES.NOT GRABBING.PADS ARE LOW

check to see if you have fluid.....if not check around the rear caliper for wetness. if it's dry then you might have been too low on fluid. when pads wear out the level drops in your reservoir, too low and it can **** air causing soft to no braking response. Replace your brake pads and bleed and top of you brake. while at it check the front pads and how long has it been since the fluid has been flushed?? should do this once a year.

exhaust will not cause vibration, maybe a fluttering sound if they are loose. engine vibration at high rpms is detrmined how well the engine was balanced at the factory, thats why performance and racers take apart the engine and have it balanced better than factory. only thing you could do is make sure engine mounts are all tight. anything else means taking engine apart 13k is way fast rpm,so if it doesnt shake at 10k, not to worry.
