Engine problems
I'd guess that Fl is a fluid warning. Check your oil level, brake fluid, final gear drive, coolant level; anything liquid.
The Fl light may also come on when the safety interlock is engaged. Check the coolant temperature gauge when you turn the key on. If it pegs high, your safety switch is on. Either the handlebar kill switch (red thing on the right handlebar) or the side stand switch is open. Check that the kickstand is fully retracted and the button on the switch is depressed.
Past that, I'm not sure. After two months you may need to charge the battery.
Parking brake isnt working
The parking brake probably just requires adjustement - do you have a handbook?
On the fork seal rust issue - it may be worth dropping the forks out, draining out wahtever oil and water is in there and giving it a good optical ****.
You need to examine the surface finish in way of the seal and working area. On reassemble you will need new seals and oil.
I am changing the rear
This bike has a floating caliper on the rear - the pistons are on one side only and the frame slides and acts as the other side piston.
Get 2 screwdrivers - a small thin one and a solid large one. Insert them in the gap between the pads and the disk brake pads location, at the middle of the pad. Now gently but firmly press the large screwdriver against the brake disk until the pistons go uniformly all the way in - you might have to move around the screwdriver to insure that. Remove the large screwdriver and the old pad and insert a new one. Take the small screwdriver out, put the large in an press again to slide the frame and make the place for the new pad. Now put the pad in.
That is all.
Burgman 250 will not start
Ck fuses and wire connections first. If no problem seen, get bike running and disconnect the ground cable @ battery. If bike dies the problem generally is in the stator or regulator assembly not keeping battery charged. Bike will run untill the battery is too low to keep the ignition system energized and the bike will die. If it continues running w/the ground disconnected, the battery could have a dead cell which will drain the battery in a very short time whether it is running or not.
Where is the rectifier located on my 2004 suzuki katana 600
Behind the radiator on the left side. It is the device with cooling fins, even though the electronic parts are embedded in rubber paste. The location isn't ideal and sudden defects leave people stranded so what people do is relocate the regulator/rectifier to a cooler place. Perhaps to the air inlet, under the air filter. Follow the three, mostly, yellow cables that originate from the stator when you don't find it behind the radiator.

Why my Suzuki TF 125 losses power in the midway? What are the causes for such loss of power?
What do you mean by "Midway"? How old is this motorbike? What exactly did you do to clean the carburettor? Is it a new spark plug and a new, clean air filter? Did you empty the fuel tank to remove the fuel tap to clean the filter on the inside of the tap?
Is it doing anything else? Things like - is it hard to start, has heavier exhaust smoke or it has a rough and uneven idle.

Bypass immobilizer on 2007 Suzuki R6
You can't, the computerized system is in place to stop exactly what you are trying to do, Steal the bike without the correct credentials. You can't reprogram or over-ride the computer. You need a bike electrician.
