White smoke normally = oil. I would remove all the spark plugs one at a time and look at the colour. My guess is that at least one will be oily or there was a load of oil in the exhaust before the overhaul and you will need to burn the exhaust out. Please get back to me with the results.

Please leave favorable feedback if this has helped you.
Thank you

Oh dear, you will need some heat from a blow torch but better off using Oxyacetelene for the extra heat.
Heat up the repains of the bolt and in time the rust and corrosion will "soften" and you will be able to "crack" the threads and release it.
Don't use anything that you hit with because damage will be done.
Hope this helps.

The ECU is not tracking correctly. I suspect a faulty sensor.
Take it in for diagnosis and there should be a way to remap the ECU when the fault has been cleared.

Snug it up and then another quarter turn to line up the castellation's in the nut for the split pin. It doesn't need to be THAT tight. If you want an exact torque, 43.5 ft lbs.

close enough

Probably. I has 6 fuses, but apparently it is a secret what they cover!

Or is may be that the fuel pump has failed and the gauge gets its power from there. The video may help.
