jet work is very touchy science-hopefully u had a pro perform it-incorrec ajust can fry an engine-inspec ignition to rule out electrical--r u gitten gas from tank

Check the kick stand switch first. They are always in a location that is ideal for collecting dirt etc. Put the stand down and press the switch a few times by hand and then try starting again. Maybe even a bit of WD40 on it if it's anything like mine after being riden through the winter.
If this doesn't work, the kill switch is then worth investigating.

the starter clutch sleping and not turne the engine ,trying to push the baic for start

Watch if is not limited or adjust the air in carburator.

check the stator. My 07 did exaxtly the same thing after just 50 miles.The dealer called it a freak of nature.

That depends a lot on how hard you are on them IE: your riding style.. Some riders may get 30,000 miles out of a set of brakes whereas others may need to replace them after 5,000 miles.

you have to get it re- jetted. I've never heard of anyone around here doing it themselves. its just relatively cheaper to get someone else to do it than to have to do it yourself. I've taken the carbs off my bike and it was a pain.

Your bike should have 3 main wires in the rear even if they split to power 2 bulbs each.
1 for brake light
1 for night rear light
1 for ground.
Your trailer should have additionally 2 more for the turn signals.

the valves are ticking and they will need to be adjusted

Sounds like it.
Check and clean all battery connections.
Check ground at engine.
Check the main fuse to be sure it is secure.
Any trouble starting?

The gasoline probably drained from the carburetor. Place the fuel valve on reserve or prime (if it has one). That will allow the bowls to fill again. The bike should start after a minute or so.
If the problem is that the motor won't turn over, check the handlebar switch, be sure you are in neutral and pull in the clutch.

try looking at the fuse box . i had this problem with a customers bike and the fuse box had a crack in the pc bord that is under the fuses

bring it up one notch and see what happens.

You can get your seat shaved, or you can buy 2 inch shorter rear shocks. going to get your seat shaved is the cheaper.

You must turn your gas tank upside down to drain it.

The radiator cap is under the fuel tank. You will have to unbolt it an move it back for access. Top off the coolant while the engine is running. The expansion tank fill is behind the side cover.

3.9 quarts w/filter change.

Check your battery connections. Loose grounds have caused the problem plenty of times. First the speedo jumps around a bit and lights dim, then you start backfiring a little. Next, you'll be dead on the side of the road wondering what's going on!

If it is not a loose ground at the battery, check all your other wire connections. Should fixya right up though.

Since you removed all of the back pressure,You will need to have the carb and timing adjusted to match the new exhaust flow

no head lights or running lights check wire that leads from key ignition to under the seat there is a chance there is an interuption in the circut I had the same problem myself and this was the problem. Sean
