Ok my crf150f the shifter wont shift after i get

It could be a loose shift index wheel or a weak index wheel spring. The index cam could be loose also. Another item to check is the shifter shaft and return spring. There could be a slightly bent shift fork causing the problem, but since you didn't mention having to force the shift pedal I doubt that is the cause. By the way, if a shift fork is bent, an engine tear down will be needed.

How much oil goes into a honda crf250 engine and

The oil capacity is marked on engine side as well as gearbox side. On gearbox side there is a 8mm screw just before the clutch cover. Take this bolt out and fill until the oil start coming out this hole, should be about 600ml. Do not use full synthetic oil in gearbox, this does not work well with the clutch friction plates. On the engine side put about 500ml (depending if you changed the oil filter as well), then check level with diptstick by placing diptstick in hole WITHOUT SCREWING IT IN. Fill with little bits at a time until you reach the max mark on the diptstick. Start engine and warm up. Shut down and leave for 3 minutes. Check oil again. DO NOT overfill engine side.

My honda crf 150r ran out of oil in the transmission

Check your clutch pack first ( fingers crossed ) .
Have a good listen to the engine to isolate the area of the noise ( putting your ear on the handle of a long screwdriver and putting the blade of the screwdriver on your motor is a good trick).
The noise is most likely to be a broken needle roller bearing .

2007 honda crf 250. Sat for 1 1/2 yrs. won't

Try a small shot (about a 2 second spray) of starting fluid in the air intake then cranking....
WARNING- DO NOT TRY AND KEEP IT RUNNING BY USING THE STARTING FLUID! It can damage your engine.

If your bike fires and runs for a bit, the most likely problem is your gas has gone "sour". You need to drain all the old gas out and properly dispose of it.

Over time, gas will cause a varnish buildup in your carb if it sits too long. You can try adding some carb cleaner to fresh gas, but the results will not be immediate. You may have to have the carb rebuilt.

When you store anything gas powered, there is an additive called Sta-bil that will act as a gasoline preservative for about a year.

How to remove the spark

you need to remove the gas tank to get to the plug, remove the seat now the bolt to the gas tank and the bolts holding the plastics to the rad. there is a fuel petcock that bolts to the frame turn it to off and remove the lower gas line from the petcock. pull tank off and there is the plug. be careful with the valve cover and the socket you use it might get hung up.
Best of luck

Can anyone tell me what

OK I can't give exact reading for Honda specific but I do do this test on Yamaha YZ WR etc all the time and your reading would be very simular if not the same
You should have a connector with 3 pairs of wires (6 wires) coming from the stator
You need a multi meter preferably with auto ranging OHMS reading or just set to OHMS (the upside down horse shoe setting)
you need to test each pair separately and starting with main out put pair (red and something colour wire) you will get 260 - 360 the next pair you would expect 700 - 1000 to show on meter reading and the third pair you would expect to see 40 - 70
Now these will not be perfect ranges for your honda but trust me if your stator is faulty then you will get way out numbers like 002 or 010 or 4000 all of which are completely out of spec on any of the 3 pairs so you will easily spot your stator is no good
cheers mate good luck

Over torqued and snapped off the head of the oil

Is the remainder of the bolt still in the threads??? Get a good bolt extractor to remove it.
If the remainder has gone in the engine, if you can't get at it with a magnet (get it to the hole and thread it out) you will have to get the engine split.
