I have a cbr 600 2001 and i took the front fairing off with the lights attached and now it will not crank is it because of the lights were takin off

All bikes have headlights on when running - sort of part of the ignition circuit. So maybe you have broken that circuit by removing the lights. Reconnect and see what happens.

Location of f4i 600 fuse

The fuse box is located under the seat. To remove the seat, start with the rear seat, using the key to unlock it pull up on the rear seat and pull it out. There are two bolts at the rear of the front seat, remove them and the front seat will pull up and out to access the fuse box under.

What to do if engine oil drain bolt lost its

Typically , the threads in the crankcase are what get stripped out. Find a dealer that has oversize drain bolts and have them tap the drain hole in the crankcase out to the next size bolt. That is the best fix for a stripped drain bolt hole. Always be careful, when changing your oil , to only tight the filter and the drain bolt (with soft aluminum sealing washer) enough to seal the oil in . Over tightening will only make the next oil change harder with the possibility of this happening again.

Seems to have less power for wheelys ,can hear a

It maybe something as simple as your carbs have gone out of sync as 1&2 are balanced together and 3&4 then both sides are brought together by an adjuster in the middle, you cant just guess this you will need guages to do this.
Hope that's all this problem is as anything else could be expensive however these engines are fairly bullet proof.

Hope this helps

My cbr f4i is leaking oil but not from the motor?

if your crush washer on the drain plug is too worn it could be from there. they're supposed to be relaced after so many uses. could be from your oil filter itself, maybe it didn't seat right when replaced. if you dropped your bike it could be from one of the case covers. i've seen a minor oil leak from the sight inspection glass twice before.
