How much oil do you put in the front forks when

It's hard to get specs in mls or cc these days so I'll let you in on a BIG secret(don't tell everyone, hush hush,& we stay wiser than others, promse not to tell, cross your heart).

Ok here we go- NO this ISN'T a joke so listen carefully.

Set the oil levels in the front forks

with the cartridges blead(simply draw up & down on the damper rod & you can feel the air bleeding out),

& before you re-fit the springs,

With the forks fully compressed
,
The fork oil level should be 100-110mm from the top.
This applies to basically all forks(except-a few like MX showa on certain RMs' & the new kawasaki 250 MXer.)
Hope this helps
Regards Andrew

Gas is coming out of the relief hose...it sputters

Sounds like you have a float stuck in one of the carbs. That is if it not a fuel injected model.

Spark plug pop out when warmng up and wat tighten

Either it is the wrong spark plug or you have stripped threads.

If the treads are stripped, you can buy a kit to fix it or re-tap the hole. Worst case scenario, you need a new head.

Spark plug poped ot of my 99 crb 900 and want go

Yes, the threads did get damaged when the plug popped out. Most likely, the plug was not in properly or tightened so that there were several threads in play. Take your plug to any autoparts store and either borrow or buy a tap of the proper thread size to recut the threads in the cylinder. this is a bit tricky because it has to be straight, so if you are not comfortable doing this yourself have a bike shop do it. Good luck. Joe

I have a 99 Honda CBR900 and after I allow it to

electrically or does it sputter? if it sputters it sound like a fuel pump problem or fuel filter is clogged. if its electrical.... its probably your spark unit or pulse generators. check for loose connections.

No spark out of my 1999 cbr 900rr

Could be the coil pack probably a weak stator,. Try a pickup coil for the stator if you can get your hands on it way cheaper then replacing whole unit. Good luck.

Oil

The specs say 3.1 liters, which converts into about 3.4 quarts... somewhere in that general range, though I tend to put in a little more since I live in Taxes, and it's so hot down here.

When i was ridding my bike today it just stalled.

Your bike stalled because of the fuel pump just stop pumping fuel . now check the fuel pump and the idle screw and the bleeder screws for dirt's . The dirt's that can be found on the fuel pump or the one we call carburator assembly. The battery has no problem even the ignition. Don't forget to check the fuel lines . If worn out or destroyed fuel lines replace.
