Question edited for clarity.
Hi Marie
I have spent 20 minutes checking and this information doesn't seem to be mentioned online which is odd. I did find the Owner's Manual and that doesn't mention it. There appears to be no service manuals. Contact Honda Service in your country direct. Some go by CCs, some go by distance from the top of the fork leg.

Here is the Owner's Manual
Check for burst or leaking fuel lines. Check the rated fuel pressure recommended by manufacturer. Most fuel injected cars have standard pressure below 5 psi. Check the fuel pressure regulator too. Fuel pressure too high can cause injectors to leak and cause overflow and poor combustion.
The problem is that when you remove the top of the carbashooter you are looking down on the main jet. Spraying it down dislodges particles, but they are free to come back up and block the jet. Remove the carb and strip it completely. Remove and clean the jets and clean out the fuel bowl at the bottom. Don't turn any mixture screws, or if you do, screw them lightly down, counting turns to the nearest quarter turn, and write it down. Also check the fuel tap and of course make sure you have fuel (it happens).
changed categories and fixed the question. It is a fuel supply problem. The idle jet in your carburetor is fine, but your main jet is blocked. Strip and clean the carb. Take pictures as you strip it.videos herehttps://www.google.com/search?q=crf230l+clean+carburetor..
