Go to Google and get the mathematical formula for calculating torque value according to bolt diameter and bolt grade......also thread pitch.......6 lines on the head of a bolt indicates a grade 8.......I think the ASE grading is the number of lines on the head of the bolt + 2......Be careful, a broken bolt hazard is present........

What do you mean by sub gear?

Fork oil any brand.

I have been inside a number of older Hondas and have always found enough oil in the stator housing (alternator) to need a drain pan but I don't know if it is normal or a sign of a leaky seal.

It should be on the right side of the bike, just below the right side of the seat and sitting above the exhaust in a plastic cover.

That sounds like a bad/corroded ground cable from the battery to the engine, Anon.

Time to go back to basics and ensure the ignition timing is correct. Remove the spark plug and highlight the timing mark or make a mark on the flywheel/rotor that indicates a few degrees BTDC and use a stroboscope to ensure the marks are approximately in line when the kickstarter is operated fairly vigorously. Could be something has been fitted wrong or has been damaged. The electrics/electronics are fairly complex and I am not familiar with the model. I don't know how the ignition is triggered for instance, but I once encountered a 2-stroke that had seized but refused to start after the rebuild. The engine had stopped so suddenly the flywheel (rotor) had kept going for a very small amount of time and had become twisted so the relationship between the hub/crankshaft keyway and spark timing had been lost. A replacement flywheel was fitted and it started first kick...

Check on line or on "you tube" for spark plug gap.

It's a fuel problem.

Sounds like your battery is flat. You need someone to recharge it for you, unless you possess a battery charger. If you do, you must follow the directions exactly. You would be safer to carefully disconnect the Honda battery first before recharging.

Use a volt meter to see if voltage is getting to the starter motor. If there is not voltage, check the starter button and relay
