WHERE IS THE CHARGING SYSTEM FUSE ON A 2005 ULTRA CLASSIC
there is a circuit breaker in front of the rear wheel behind the plastic inner guard, it is a 30 amp circuit breaker which will cut the circuit to protect the charging system if there is an electrical fault and then automatically reset after a short time but will trip again if the electrical fault has not been repaired, that is the only fuse/circuit breaker that I know of for the charging system
How to remove baffles 2004 Harley davidson electra glide
If you have stock pipes you can't just remove the baffles . Some people on a budget will take a hammer and a Peace of pipe and knock out the piece that's blocking the center of the exhaust pipe which will give you more sound , but I don't recommend this I really recommend getting some slip ons.

It sounds like you're tripping a main breaker for some reason. The main breaker should be mounted under the seat or wherever the fuses are located on that model. Put your finger on the breaker or hold your ear close to it in order to make sure that is the "click" you're hearing. If so, you've got a short somewhere directly to ground. You'll need a schematic to help find it. If none of your other fuses are blown, it won't be in any of those circuits. It'll be somewhere else. I'd start looking where the wires leave the frame and to the front end. A lot of flexing going on in that area.
Good Luck

Low battery drain
Sounds like a slightly grounded wire. If there are any electric features that work with ignition off I would start there. Remove key as well.
Gear issues
try adjusting clutch cable, make sure its engaging well. if clutch cable is adjusted well and still does not work, you need to tighten up clutch plates
Voltage meter problems
The problem could be several things. Do you have lots of electrical accessories or lights on the bike? If so, your charging system isn't putting out enough juice to run them all.To test the charging system, remove the seat. Place the positive and negative electrodes from a multi meter on the corresponding terminals on your battery. Make sure the meter is set to "DC volts". With the bike running at idle, the reading should be around 12.8 volts dc. Run the bike up to 2000rpm. The reading should be around 13.8-14.4 volts dc. Do this test with all electrical accessories turned off. If you don't get these readings, chances are your stator is headed south. The problem could also be the voltage regulator or the gauge itself. Hard to diagnose the problem with limited info.
Check engine light comes on when i hit speeds over
Get the engine serviced.(At a dealer) Most likely a lack of oil flow, but a check is cheaper then a new engine.Although when I look at all of the problems on here for your model it would seem as if there is a general problem with the engine management system.
Bike is sputtering and back
Check the timing and fueling- best done at a bike shop or rolling road. it could be your air filter or spark plugs which you can do yourself.
