I don't believe your starter is faulty. It is either loose or dirty wiring, ESPECIALLY ground wires! Or the starter switch is bad.

A wobble can be caused by a number of things.

1. Worn or improperly inflated tire. (Check for bulges in sidewall)
2. Bent or unbalanced rim.
3. Worn neck (stem) bearings.
4. Loose or improperly adjusted stem nut.

Your wobble is most likey one of these or a combination of them. The worst case of this I have seen was a set of completely shot neck bearing races. The bearings had never been maintained, greased, etc. They were so shot it threw the rake/trail out of whack and produced what I call a "death wobble" which started at about 55 mph. When I test rode it, it scared the living bajesus out of me. I replaced his bearings and races and it went away. He was back to cruising at 80 mph all day steady as a rock.

There was a issue with some cam chain tensions going out on the 1999 through some of the 2001 bikes...I have a 01 FatBoy, and a 03 RoadKing, with 60K miles on one and 78K miles on the other....Never heard of a issue on the TC88 motors as you are describing nor seen a technical bulletin about it.
Of course I've only worked on several hundred, not ever one ever made so maybe some have failed, maybe not. Hope this helps,

JP

Please check your flasher. It is round, about 3/4 inch in diameter and about 1/2 inch high. It plugs in.

Expect to pay less than $5.00 for a replacement at an auto parts place of at your Harley Dealer.

If this does not solve your trouble, please post a comment to this question and we will try something else.

all bikes have a signal flaser box. like a relay,it just tells when and how to flash. that could be toast or the power going to the led's aint strong enough

Did you check your tappets? This is one of the weak areas in all Harley engines other than the V-rod engine. Each tappet has a roller on the end of it. These rollers will fail and cause all sorts of problems. If one locks up, it will scar the camshaft making replacement of the tappets and the camshaft a requirement.

I'm not sure about the Twin Cam but on the Evolution engines, you must have a set tappet block alignment pins to reinstall the tappet blocks. They're available through Jim's tools.

Harley alarms, while a decent alarm system, are notoriously hard to set up. On a new installation I have sometimes had to run the set-up routine 4-5 times. I hope you have an owner's manual and/or good instructions. Keep trying to set the alarm up from the beginning. If you miss a key or time limit it's not unusual to have the set-up fail and you have to start all over. Disconnecting the battery will screw things up, so be careful.

This is from www.aimag.com/.../4959-diagnostic-trouble-codes-2.html Not good news. Here is what I found for older Delphi FI models 2000-2003.

34 Current 32 Rear injector open/low
43 Current 35 Tachometer low
63 Historic 14 Loss of all ECM serial data (state of health)

You should buy a Clymer manual for your bike, unless you have the manual from the dealer and check that. Hope this helps.

Check your three position switch on the dash.
One position is front speakers - one is both front and back and one is helmet only

Turned out to be an insect in the transmission vet tube that was not allowing the pressure to be relieved, And so the preassure followed the path of least resistance.....up the clutch cable and pussing the oil ahead of it!
