Not getting fuel

Harley FI systems had a problem with the hoses in the tank getting holes in them, if pump is running but no fuel to injectors then this is where I'd start to look. My suggestion is to buy a repair manual from HD, they are about $50 and they are worth every penny you pay.

2003 texas chopper stalls out while riding on

Could be any number of things, but I'll take a guess and say it's fuel related. If it's FI then check your system for leaks inside of tank or maybe the the cap isn't venting. If it's carbed, check for vacuum leaks, again check to make sure tank is venting properly, check float in carb

Flywheel adjustment flywheelt

I can only assume you think your flywheels are warped or have shifted. The only fix for this (IF) they are warped or shifted is to open the cases and send them to Dark Horse or some other machine shop and have the trued, balanced and weld the crank. This means to completely disassemble your motor.

Harley steering head bearing

1. Grease the fitting on the side of the neck 2. Use chisel and hammer to bend back the lock tabs on steering stem nut, then remove the nut and plate, if any. The spanner nut for the adjustment is visible at full lock right and left positions. The spanner nut should be adjusted so the forks return to the center position, when released from full lock position. The Stem nut should be tightened to between 60-80 ft. lb.s . 3. When doing the adjustment, it is necessary to have any windshield, fairing or accessories mounted in order for the adjustment to be correct. 4. If any problems with wobble, vibrations, etc. check that the tire tread hasn't worn unevenly, i.e., no cupping or high spots.
