Looks like 63 foot pounds is the torque. I would do it in three steps, 25, 50, then 63. Re-torque after a hundred miles or so.

I don't know the answer. The pilot jet can influence the air/fuel up to around a quarter throttle and depending on the carb type there is generally a fairly wide overlap in the change from each carb stage to the next.
An aftermarket exhaust and air cleaner wouldn't usually affect the fuelling at low rpm/small throttle openings and mostly has little effect until the midrange is reached.

Aftermarket exhausts are often famously less efficient in the midrange than OE exhausts and so a richer mixture is sometimes the last thing needed.
Successful carb tuning/rejetting needs a lot of experience - it is almost witchcraft so if the bike isn't running right and the carb is clean, my advice is take it to a guy with the experience.

If your GSXR1000 is not shifting you have lost one of the e-clips on the shift shaft. If it's moving in then its the one outside of the transmission. There should be a washer and an e-clip visible on the shaft up against the engine where the shaft enters. If not there you go.

Fluke is an expensive premium professional device - the company is almost certain to operate a repair or exchange and calibrating service and I suggest you entrust your meter service to them.

If your clutch master cylinder has gotten low on oil you may have air in the clutch system. If you have had any leaks in the clutch line you could have air in them. When bleeding clutch lines make sure you do not run low on fluid in the clutch master cylinder.

hey IF it is an electronic reverb, usually a card resembling a pc sound card, can have loose connections on its power plug and act just like that, or they make squealing or popping noises, I have replaced or resoldered these connections which cured most all of them. The components don't just burn https://manganelo.link/manga/tomb-raider-king/ out without reason. IF it is a reverb chamber, it probably has 2 RCA jacks with in and out that need wiggling to clean connection OR a bad spring inside but Always check connections all around before assuming something is bad or burned out.
