The fuse box is often mounted under the seat or behind one of the small side fairings directly beIow the seat. I think on your bike it is behind the Left side trim panel, (gears side). There are 5 or 6 fuses, a 15A that is the main fuse and a set of 10A fuses for other features on the bike. Check all of the 10A fuses and I think the one you need is the second one down. *Note* ALWAYS replace fuses with the same rating as the one you took out! Try this website. "No electrical fuses are good"<<<???? must be a wild typo error, Any motorcycle has lots of lights. keyon , lamps and LED glow, must./ head lamps, parking lamps glow? tail lamps glow? blinkers,blink? starter motor dead.? engine cranks ok but will not start.? horn dead. and more, I did not read you manual to see all. battery dead battery lugs corroded (rust) sabotage,, .

If the leak is from the oil filter flange seal, remove the filter, check the seal is flat and correctly positioned, and replace it if OK. If it looks damaged, get a new filter. Tighten only 2/3 of a turn after the seal contacts the mounting surface. These filters will leak if over tightened or too loose. If the leak is from somewhere else then the above will not fix it.

The bendix inside the starter needs to be cleaned or rebuilt.

I would suspect the flat/needle valve. Remove fuel lines from carbs and see if fuel runs free. If it does look in carbs

I would say no. You don't want to try and modify tanks because of what they contain! If the fixing are the same, no problem, you can use a Y Connector to fix the drain holes issue. It is needs mountings attaching, then the answer is no.
