HI A TWO STROKE NEEDS ONLY THREE THINGS TO RUN, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A POINT GAP AND CORRECT IGNITION TIMEING,
1 FUEL
2 SPARK
3 MOST IMPORTANTLY IS COMPRESON,
IF YOU HAVE A SPARK THEN I WOULD NOT SUSPECT A COIL THEY EITHER WORK OR THEY DONT WORK.
IS THE PLUG GETTING WET ON THE CYLINDER THAT DOES NOT RUN? IF YES THEN ITS NOT A FUEL PROB, IF ITS NOT THEN IT COULD BE A BLOCKAGE SOMEWERE, WHEN ITS RUNING PLACE YOUR HAND OVER THE BACK OF THE CARB, YOU SHOULD THEN FEEL SOME SUCTION, DOING THIS WILL RESTRICT THE AIR FLOW AND PULL FUEL UP THROUGH THE MAIN JET, ELIMINATING A FUEL SYSTEM PROBLEM ITS HOULD THEN FIRE AS YOU HAVE FORCE CHOKED THAT CYLINDER ONLY, IF IT FIRES QUICKLY REMOVE YOUR HAND AND ALOWE AIR FLOW, IF IT DOES NOT FIRE YOU MAY HAVE A COMPESION PROBLEM, REMOVE THE SPARK PLUG, AND USE A COMPESION TESTER TO CHECK FOR COMPRESION VALUES, ALL THREE SHOULD BE SOME WHAT EVEN, IF YOU DONT HAVE A TESTER PLACE YOUR THUM OVER THE PLUG HOLE RESTRICTING IT COMPLETELY KICK OVER THE MACHINE AND THE COMPRESION SHOULD BE FELT, MAYBE EVEN BLOWING YOUR THUMB OFF THE TOP OF THE CYKINDER HEAD SURFACE, REPEAT THIS FOR ALL THREE CYLINDERS IF THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERRENCE TO THE LESSER YOU CAN THEN SUSPECT MECHANICAL FAILURE
My gt750 seems to be
im guessing that its an early model with carbs
these may need a good clean you may have
water or dirt in your fuel the air filter may need
replacing and the spark plugs and leads.
from memory its a bit of a mission removing
the carbs as i remember it is easier if the air box
is removed first keep all parts seperate when striping
the carbs if your not confident do them one at
a time so you can use the next one as a reference
if you get confused as to where the parts go
use carbretta cleaner and compressed air to
clean with dont use wire to clean the holes in the
jets. clean the outside first before you remove the
float bowls and use a good screwdriver the philips
head screws have a tendancy to be difficult and
and its not hard to chew the centre out of the
screw if this happens use a centre punch and
hammer punch the head of the screw to loosen it
an impact driver should undoo tight screws that
are not damaged
Doesnt work i need a

Hi,
I have a 1975 Suzuki
First of all, you want the light to go on, not off.
The idea is that the spark is supposed to happen when the points open.
When the points open, then the current is no longer being grounded away through them, and then you will again get power on the negative of the coil.
In theory the coil could fire when points both open and close.
But you can't operate the coil from when the points close, because it takes too long for the coil to build up voltage. But is can quickly discharge the voltage when the points open.
The purpose of the condenser capacitor, is to essentially eliminate the closing spark completely. So you only get a coil discharge when the points open, removing the ground connection.
Where is the rectifier located on my 2004 suzuki katana 600
Behind the radiator on the left side. It is the device with cooling fins, even though the electronic parts are embedded in rubber paste. The location isn't ideal and sudden defects leave people stranded so what people do is relocate the regulator/rectifier to a cooler place. Perhaps to the air inlet, under the air filter. Follow the three, mostly, yellow cables that originate from the stator when you don't find it behind the radiator.

Why my Suzuki TF 125 losses power in the midway? What are the causes for such loss of power?
What do you mean by "Midway"? How old is this motorbike? What exactly did you do to clean the carburettor? Is it a new spark plug and a new, clean air filter? Did you empty the fuel tank to remove the fuel tap to clean the filter on the inside of the tap?
Is it doing anything else? Things like - is it hard to start, has heavier exhaust smoke or it has a rough and uneven idle.

Where is air/fuel screw on a suzuki vs 800 intruder
The air/fuel mixture screw on a Suzuki VS800 Intruder is typically located on the carburetor. To adjust the air/fuel mixture, you'll need to locate the carburetor and look for a small screw that can be turned.
Keep in mind that the exact location of the screw may vary slightly depending on the model year and specific carburetor version on your VS800 Intruder. Generally, it is located on the bottom or side of the carburetor.
Here are the general steps to locate and adjust the air/fuel mixture screw:
1. Locate the Carburetor: The carburetor is usually positioned on the side or underside of the engine. Follow the intake manifold or air filter housing to find the carburetor.
2. Identify the Air/Fuel Screw: Look for a small screw on the carburetor. This screw is typically flat-headed and may be recessed. It is often located near the bottom of the carburetor.
3.Adjustment: With the engine running at idle, use a screwdriver to turn the air/fuel mixture screw. Turning it clockwise (in) usually leans out the mixture, while turning it counterclockwise (out) enriches the mixture.
4. Listen to the Engine: As you make adjustments, listen to the engine's sound. The goal is to find the point where the engine runs smoothly and the idle is stable.
5. Fine-Tune: Make small adjustments and give the engine a moment to respond before making further changes. It's a process of trial and error to find the optimal setting.
6. Check the Owner's Manual: Refer to your motorcycle's owner's manual for specific guidance on the location and adjustment of the air/fuel mixture screw. The manual will provide information tailored to your bike's make and model.
If you're uncomfortable making these adjustments yourself or if you're unsure about the location of the screw, it's advisable to consult a professional mechanic or refer to the specific service manual for your Suzuki VS800 Intruder.
