Will either be bad ignition coils or a fuel delivery problem. If the coils have never been replaced they have well and truly outlived their service life. Once they get tired they will break down under load and not be able to maintain constant spark. Also check your plug lead caps and make sure they are connected properly. A variety of possible issues here. Bad plugs dirty carbs or timing chain is stretched and timing is off.

You can't, it's linked to the ECU, get replacement keys or new ignition system, which may need a new ECU to match it.

It reads like you might need a larger gas jet in the carburetor. It could also be a vacuum leak, or maybe a problem with valves, anything that would make the engine run too lean.

Does it have spark? Does it have fuel delivery to cylinders?

Remove the engine side cover.

coil problem for no2 cylinder could be a crank ot cam position sensor failing or wiring problem

If left standing for ages, the petrol may have gone off. Smell it, if its sickly sweet, its had it. Fresh petrol and check for healthy blue spark.

2 alignments to check one is the alignment of the sprockets front to back and the second is the rear axle is parallel to the motor sprocket Belts always run to the high side or biggest circumference so if the axle is is not perfectly parallel to the drive then the belt will run to the high side , that side being furthermost away from the drive sprocket How to check select a center point of the swing arm that is the same on both sides of the pivot and measure accurately the distance back to the center of the rear axle If that distance is not exactly the same , then adjust the axle on the low side back to make the dimension the same Holding the rear wheel off the ground and manually spinning the wheel and watching the belt track across the sprocket will show if incorrect adjust until the belt tracks in the center of the sprockets

Is there a good blue spark at the plug? Plugs will blacken up but its how black and if wet or dry. If you have a gunsons screw in spark viewer check to see if a nice blue can be seen. If not, tweaking the carb / air mix can be done by ear!
