1999 XR250. How can I rebuild carburetor?

A carburetor rebuild kit costs around $20-30 on ebay. These are very simple carburetors. Once it is off the engine, it is simply a matter of removing the old parts, cleaning the carburetor body, and reassembly.

Burnt spark plugs Honda Forza 250 PGM-FI

What do you mean by "burnt"? A black sooty plug suggests the engine is running a too rich a fuel mixture.
A blistered, dry plug suggests the engine is running too hot.
There are many reasons for a burnt plug including engine overheating, wrong or loose fitting spark plugs, wrong fuel air mixture or even an old dirty air filter.
I suggest you take it to a good mechanic so they can look at the bike to see what other engine areas could be causing the issue.

My Honda EU3000is only runs with the choke on. With the choke on it blows a little bit of smoke and somewhat surges. What is the issue?

Likely a fouled carburetor or water in the fuel bowl. Try draining all the fuel, see instructions in manual.

Take a clean dry fuel container to the gas station and get 1 gallon of fresh fuel. Add 1 ounce of Seafoam fuel treatment. Measure don't guess. Poor entire gallon into generator.

Start generator. If same problem, then carburetor is fouled and will need cleaning. You could try running with the treated fuel and it may clear the fouling. Otherwise a more thorough cleaning will be necessay.

Have a 99 Honda Shadow ACE that loses throttle power after a few miles of riding. Let it set for a little bit and will run fine for a few more miles before it happens again

Sounds like it may have a fuel restriction. Check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail. Look for damaged fuel lines or a line that is close to an exhaust system. Possible a fuel pump going out. Does it do this when you are low on fuel and not when the tank is full? If so then the pump is overheating because the fuel is too low and not helping to cool the pump.

I have a 1988 vt800c honda shadow and when I have the clutch falling squeezed the bike still feels like its trying to move and the break on the clutch to Engage and start moving is really short how do i fix these 2 issues

If you have clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder might need bleed air out.

Remember when bleeding brakes keep the master cylinder full of oil or you will suck air back in line. Should have 2 hole in bottom of master cylinder. Make sure holes are not plugged. One the fluid goes out the other the fluid comes back in.

I need help finding an ignition Which for my 1985 Honda magna 500 V unfortunately they discontinued the ignition switch so is there any other switch your part that I can use it to replace the ignition

Cycle salvage shops in ur state etc hav parts. Archway in stlouis is huge. U cud try takn that switch apart to solve or just hotwiring when u start it. Buy a clymer or haynes manual for totalbike rebuild

I have a 1998 Honda Shadow ACE Tourer VT100t. It had no power uphill when I took on a long ride, and recently, when I throttle, the engine dies. What is going on with it? Is this an easy fix? @

Has this vehicle been regulary serviced ? these syptoms could be a numbers of things, i would have the ignition system checked, and the fuel and air delivery as a starting point
