My starter motor is stuck on wether I cut off the power of the bike or not. I have to unplug the battery to stop it from running.

Check your start solenoid ... I think it is 'stuck' in the start position.

Clutch

new procut basket and barnett plates. Had to file the barnett friction plate tangs they all slide but are a tight fit. All plates installed carefully per the Barnett instructions. Started the bike in neutral all fine shifted into 1st clutch in, I feel the bike want to creep forward although just slightly (I can hold it with my feet down). Can't get to neutral again with the clutch in until I shut the bike off. So, just before I go back in and pull a plate out to make the clutch pack smaller, i wondered whether anyone here has had this problem and whether if I ride it like this for a short while whether the clutch pack will settle in and fully disengage?,A too-high overall thickness of the plate stack will cause drag between plates when the clutch is disengaged making it difficult to select neutral when the bike is stopped. The last 2mm steel plate can be interchanged with a 1.5mm curved plate facing away from you if you want to adjust the stack to get the 38mm stack thickness, or if you want a more progressive, soft clutch engagement. A commonly-used substitution that adds an additional spring plate to the stack. Any of the steel 2mm plain plates can be exchanged with 1.5mm plain plates to reduce stack thickness or increase stack thickness as needed to achieve your desired overall height. You will see the need for this as friction plates wear, so keep your steel plates from pervious clutch replacements as spares to be used as height adjustments later. The 2mm and 1.5mm steel plates only need replacing if they’re scored or warped.,,,

Oil filter

I looked at the filter that came off and the part that you screw the filter on was not the same size. The K&N filter was much smaller. The filter that came off the bike was a Scotts cartridge filter one of those that you are suppose to just clean and not replace. Did someone spend a lot of money on this and change out some parts so now regular filters won't work? I'm kind of at a loss here I would like to just start using K&N as the other scotts cartridge o-ring was leaking. Anyone have experience with or seen this? What do I need to do? Thanks in advance for any help. The Scotts filter is a metal screen/mesh and IMO, will not filter as well as one with a paper media like the OEM or afaik a K&N. It's extremely unlikely that the Scotts filter required some type of insert that changed the thread pitch/size on the engine, and much more likely you have the wrong K&N. You want to make sure there isn't an o-ring from a previous oem filter stuck to the engine casing, with the Scotts filter beinbg screwing on over it. It is very possible for those o-rings to stick to the engne, ie pull out of the filter, even if they've been lubed before being spun-on. Good luck,,,

Tires

Under well-lit conditions look for any signs of punctures (such as nails or shards of glass) which might potentially lead to a loss of pressure or a blowout. Bulging or cracking might also occur on old tires; make sure you roll your bike forward in order to see all surface areas that come in contact with the road.,

Compression lost

It sounds like it is either an Ignition or a coil problem. Try removing the timing cover and ride it around. If it doing that makes your bike run better then you will need to replace the ignition.

I Have 2013 350 raptor wont start. Replaced ignition coil and ici box and spark plug.. No spark. Still wont turn over

You have written some conflicting information. How can you know that your engine has no spark if it will not turn over? No problem, please write back and elaborate on its issue, symptoms, engine codes and things you have checked and tested so far. At this point I would start looking around. Inspect the battery and power distribution box. Check that the battery connections are clean and tight. Check that the ground cable, going to the body panel is clean and tight. Check all the fuses for damage (over heating or corrosion) and the same for the relays. Is the antitheft system working (does it recognize your ignition key?)? When you turn the ignition hey to the RUN position. Does the gauge cluster respond like it always does? Do you see the lights come on and go out and can you read the odometer mileage? Please write back and let me know. Good Luck.

How do you set up timing on a cagiva river 600

Remove the side cover so you can have access to the stator. Then you will be looking for a notch on the inner case. Once you locate the notch you will line up the stator ( which also has a little line or notch on it ) with that notch.

Dies when put in gear

Check the kickstand interlock switch. As deemed mandatory by the DOT.. all street legal motorcycles come with a switch in the kickstand pivot area that detects whether or not it is in the upright (or down) position. This is supposed to prevent riders from taking off with the kickstand down, which can ruin your day when the first left hander comes up- This switch will essentially shutdown the electrics to the engine once you attempt to engage first gear (in the down position)...These switches are fairly reliable but can fail. To test it, take a small jumper wire and connect the two wires (going to the switch) together.

Need circuit diagram for ARLEC 15e 6-24Volt 15Amp Electronic battery charger OR their later model BC58

I can't find a diagram. The small potentiometer on the control board likely serves as an adjustable component to fine-tune specific parameters. Here are some possibilities: Voltage Regulation: The potentiometer might control the output voltage. By adjusting it, you can set the desired charging voltage for different battery types (e.g., 6V or 12V). Current Limit Adjustment: It could be used to set the maximum charging current. Adjusting the potentiometer allows you to limit the charging current based on the battery's capacity and condition. Sensitivity or Threshold: Some potentiometers act as sensitivity controls. For example, it might adjust the threshold at which the charger switches between charging and maintenance modes. Setting the Potentiometer: Without the specific circuit diagram or detailed information about your charger, I recommend the following general steps: Observe the Potentiometer: Identify the potentiometer on the control board. Note its position and any markings (if present). Consult the User Manual: Check the user manual or operating instructions. It might provide guidance on adjusting the potentiometer. Trial and Error: If no specific instructions are available, start with the potentiometer set to its mid-position. Gradually adjust it while monitoring the charger's behavior (e.g., charging current, voltage). Observe how the charger responds to changes in the potentiometer setting. Fine-tune it based on your specific battery type and desired charging characteristics. Remember that precise adjustments depend on the charger's design and the battery you're charging.
