Mito relay pins cant match them up

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Would the 5-pin relay be for the starting controller of a Cagiva Mito? If yes, perhaps the diagram below would be of help to locate where each wire (color) goes to what pin.

Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.

ELECTRICS PROBLEM

i get nothing from the starter motor but the battery starts to smoke slightly. Havent got a clue what the problem is now as it was fine yesterday. Sorter suggests that something is shorting somewhere but god nos where. All other eletrics are fine lights netutral etc two starter motors and same with both.,probably starter solonoid or the wire between the solonoid and starter motor shorted to earth. Possibly starter relay or starter button but unlikely cos I would expect that to blow the fuse. Disconnect wire 20 (black) from the starter solonoid and see if the battery smokes again when you press the button, or disconnect the wire at both ends and use a multimeter on a low resistance range and measure each end of it to the negative terminal on the battery. It should read open circuit - ie. a very high resistance or no continuity. If it reads low - ie. <5 ohms - the wire is either fouling the frame and shorting out, or has melted thru because it is touching the exhaust. If it reads high and you start to over heat the battery then the solonoid is almost certainly short doen to earth somewhere. I'm gonna hazard a guess and go for the wire touching the exhaust scenario....so to save time and effort just have a look through the gap between the belly pan and radiator if you can and see if you can spot the wire touching the downpipe.,,,

Cagiva Mito 125. Carburetor and hose diagram please.

Question edited for clarity. A 'carbonator' is a device that adds carbon dioxide gas to liquids like Coca Cola and other sodas to make it fizzy. The word is 'carburetor'. https://www.google.com/search?q=Cagiva+Mito+125.+Carburetor+and+hose+diagram ..

I Have 2013 350 raptor wont start. Replaced ignition coil and ici box and spark plug.. No spark. Still wont turn over

You have written some conflicting information. How can you know that your engine has no spark if it will not turn over? No problem, please write back and elaborate on its issue, symptoms, engine codes and things you have checked and tested so far. At this point I would start looking around. Inspect the battery and power distribution box. Check that the battery connections are clean and tight. Check that the ground cable, going to the body panel is clean and tight. Check all the fuses for damage (over heating or corrosion) and the same for the relays. Is the antitheft system working (does it recognize your ignition key?)? When you turn the ignition hey to the RUN position. Does the gauge cluster respond like it always does? Do you see the lights come on and go out and can you read the odometer mileage? Please write back and let me know. Good Luck.

How do you set up timing on a cagiva river 600

Remove the side cover so you can have access to the stator. Then you will be looking for a notch on the inner case. Once you locate the notch you will line up the stator ( which also has a little line or notch on it ) with that notch.

Dies when put in gear

Check the kickstand interlock switch. As deemed mandatory by the DOT.. all street legal motorcycles come with a switch in the kickstand pivot area that detects whether or not it is in the upright (or down) position. This is supposed to prevent riders from taking off with the kickstand down, which can ruin your day when the first left hander comes up- This switch will essentially shutdown the electrics to the engine once you attempt to engage first gear (in the down position)...These switches are fairly reliable but can fail. To test it, take a small jumper wire and connect the two wires (going to the switch) together.
