Exhaust problem
Dont do it ... motorcycles are delicately balanced for best operation. Not to mention removing the baffle will annoy those of us who will have to listen to you roar past.
STALLS AND WON'T START UNTIL COOL IF RIDING IN
You say "COOLANT LEVEL IS ON THE LOW MARK OR BELOW BUT THERE IS NO ROOM FOR ME TO ADD MORE."
That doesn't make sense - if it is low, there must be room to add more.
I would bleed the whole system - you may have an air block. Pay particular attention to the water pump.

Chain
Put it up on your stand lossen the axel and remove the bolt on the bottom of the shock.
Then tighten your chain and lift your swingarm up until its horizontal with the ground, then the chain should have almost no play. Not completely tight, but almost no play.
Tighten the axel, and the bolt on the shock, and your set,,,
Chain
Yes All motorcycle chains currently being manufactured use Buna-N (Nitrile) rubber for their o-rings and x-rings and all these manufacturers recommend kerosene as a cleaner.
Here's the formulation of WD-40:
80% Stoddard Solvent (that is similar to kerosene)
20% light lubricating oil and a bit of fragrance.
Here's the compatibility of Stoddard Solvent with rubbers and plastics:
Good Compatibility (OK for both static and dynamic seals)
Buna-N (Nitrile)
Chemraz
Epichlorohydrin
Fluorocarbon
Fluorosilicone
Kalrez
Nitrile, hydrogenated
Polyacrylate
Teflon, virgin
Mixed Compatibility (OK for static seals, but not for dynamic seals)
Neoprene
Vamac
Fair Compatibility (OK for some static seals)
Polysulfide
Polyurethane, millable
Poor Compatibility
Butyl
Ethylene-Propylene
Hypalon
Natural rubber
Silicone
Styrene Butadiene
Consequently, WD-40 is safe and effective as a chain cleaner and corrosion inhibitor.

If you clean with a soft brush and WD-40, and plan to follow-up with a chain lube, you can reduce chain lube sling-off if you first remove the oil residue that WD-40 leaves. This residue seems to prevent some chain lube formulations from sticking well to the chain.,,,
My 2009 TNT cafe 1130 has had 2 new starter motors
This simptom is for low battery voltage. I know that you changed the battery but check the voltage from it. If the voltage is somewhere 12.5 - 12.8 V the battery is ok. If not the battery is discharged. Also the amperage is important. If you new battery has less Amps that the producer recommended the bike won't start. I guess for you a battery with minimum 10-12Amps is ok. If the battery seems ok than check also the cables if they are attached properly to the battery. Also you could remove them and clean the contact zone. As a solution for the moment to start the bike is to "donate" some power from a car with some proper cables. Beware at polarity. + with +, - with - . If you put + with - is not good. If the bike's battery is pretty dead than you will need to keep the "donor" car started a few minutes with the cables connected to the car and bike in the same time to allow to the drained battery to charge a little. Please post the result.
I need a wiring harness for my 1974 Benelli Quattro 500
Try some of the Benelli owners websites as someone might have one or there could be one being sold for spares. Personally I would consider getting a one made as new. There are companies out there that can build exact copies if they have the old one as a template.
