The handle vibrates while running at speed of
If the vibration is an up down type(as apposed to a wobble of the bars) check the front tyre for out of round or have the front wheel balance checked. If it is a wobble check the steering head bearings arn't too loose. Also kheck that your engine mounting bolts arn't loose.
Hope this helps

How to arrange clutch plate pulsar 180
With any hope you have the clutches out and together if not you'll need a manual from say amazon for example. It's the best bucks you'll ever spend keeping your ride going. If they are together just reverse the process.

Pulsar 220 Bike emits little smoke even after Rebuild, how do I fix?
Did you clean the bore REALLY REALLY good with hot soapy water and a brush before assembly? Need to remove all the grit from the honing process. Test by rubbing hard with a white cloth. It MUST still be white after rubbing. If not then clean it again. It will wear out the rings quickly if it's not right. Solvent will not clean it properly.

Query regarding speed
It is recommended to run your bike for the 1st 800 - 1000 kms at the speed of 50-60 kmph (rpms should be less than 5000 rpm) to get the good performance and long engine life. Same information is there in the user guide/manual too, however the they might refer it for as long as 1000 -1500 kms. Actually it is needed to let the piston move properly inside the cylinder. As we know that everything expands when heated up and the piston heats up very much so in case it expands then it won't be able to freely move inside the cylinder and your bike would have problems attaining the top speed and also the wearing of cylinder will take place. Running it at slow speed will ensure that the piston doesn't expand too much and during this time the cylinder will also expand in proportion to the piston maintain the proper movement and reducing wear and tear.
Please rate this solution and in case of any clarifications do not rate, leave a comment instead.

Battery getting discharged!!
Of course the electrical items don't work when
the battery is out, the battery is the source of all electrical power used in
your motorcycle. Discharging within 20 days ... a battery sitting all alone by
its self will lose about 1% of its charge daily just because ... it is not a law
... a rule of thumb. Typically, the alternator on a motorcycle is there to
charge the battery, (not run the bike) the battery's job is to provide
electrical power to the items on your bike, in the amounts needed, at the proper
time. Typically, after you start the engine, the alternator has to 'work hard'
to get the battery caught up, because of the power removed from the battery by
the starter. After that, the alternator just cruises along charging the battery
when required and resting when no charging is required. Have you added accent
lights to your motorcycle? If yes, the receiver for the remote control operates
all the time and will drain your power faster than the 1% per day previously
stated. To overcome this problem (it would appear you are not an every
day rider) get yourself a "battery maintainer" a small charger that attaches to
your battery via a plug. Plug the maintainer in when you are not riding and your
battery will be fully charged every time you want to ride. BTW, if your battery
is low or dead and you jump it to get going, you will not necessarily start
charging your battery just because the motor is running. Alternators require 12
volts in (from the battery) to get charging power (for the battery) out.

My bajaj pulsar 180 countinuosly
The float is stuck or the float needle is prevented from closing due to trash in the fuel. Remove the carb and then the float bowl and clean the carb interior using spray carb cleaner. Pay special attention to the float needle. You may want to remove the float and needle to clear the trash.

hi
Pulsar 180cc gives an average of about 48kms /ltr
on city roads, while 58 to 60kms on highways. While the 200 cc bike
gives an average of 40 kms per litre on city roads. So, you can measure
it up for yourself, that when it comes to average, pulser won't live up
to the expectations. Why don't you do one thing, try out other models
of different manufactuers posted on the site called Infibeam.com. U can
easily find models that look not only stylish but fulfill your average
requirements also.
