2005 Bajaj Pulsar 180 - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Fuel indicator
The sensor in the gas tank is faulty, the fuse has blown or the gauge at the dashboard side if faulty - try disconnecting the wire attached to the gas tank end and ground it - if the gauge should indicate a full tank - if so then the float unit in the tank need replaced - if it doesn't move then it is either the fuse or the guage.

Check the connection of wires onto the battery terminals are not lose, wiggle them, they should not move. Check the large wire from the negative side of the battery to the bike frame, check its got a clean connection at the end that bolts to the frame.

My pulsar 180 has noise engine . what to do
It could be a simple timing issue or even bad fuel. Check out your fuel.Mix or straight fuel? If mix, chk oil to fuel ratio. If straght gas, up the octane. Good luck, Ned

What to do if i have to increse milage on my byke
just ride your bike with an 4rpm range in your 5th gear ...
the constant maintained speed would be 50kmph...
and your 150cc bulsar would give you 60kmper liter milage . it nothing wrong in your bikes engine..
just maintain the speed of 50..
and do not multicluch it

Carburator screws damaged
Hi ok i am assuming you stripped the phillips heads and connot turn the screws to take them off.2 ways to loosen them 1 mini set of locking pliers or get a small metal punch and a small ball peen hammer try and secure the carb so it wont be damaged and take the punch mak sure the tip is sharp enough on the outside edge of the head of the screw make indentation and hit it in the counter clockwise direction it will come loose then screw it the rest of the way out replace them with new screws when you put it back together.

Self starter not working in
if engine doesnot self start even at neutral then its a big issue othervise if it dosent start at ang gear while holding the clutch .. then it id due to an open circuit problem..... which is not a big one..just look below your clutch lever you will find a switch, just open it and clean it with a cloth and petrol..and refix it ..boomyour problem will be solved

Sir, i have some problem with gear getting harder
The shifting problem is due to bent shift forks. This is a major repair and not recommended for the novice mechanic. As to the front wheel, the prior owner may have bent the wheel rim. Have the shop look at the wheel when they fix the transmission.
