For the pgo big max

the bottom big bolt is the drain bolt.
the fill hole is a bolt which you take out to fill the fluid it is labeled with oil symbol or words. this is where you fill it.
there is another bolt you need to take out approx 1 1/2 inch above the botton, it should be labeled
fill or level but sometimes no marks, note: what your looking for is a bolt that dosen't attach anything, that bolt is specifically a level gauge bolt.

okay once drained, put the bottom drain bolt back in. and start filling in the top hole
until you see oil start coming out the fill/gauge hole, once you see oil start flowing out, put the bolt in and tighten, then put the top bolt in and your done.

dispose the old gear oil at your local auto parts store.

My scooter PGO T-Rex 50 crank but won't start new battery new spark plug. i need help please

An engine, in order to start, needs a good cranking speed, good compression, the right amount of fuel inside the cylinder at the right time and a good spark at the right time.
An engine that doesn't start has one of those things missing and it is pointless guessing which.

The spark plug is probably the easiest to check to begin but it is folly to replace it without checking the spark as part of the process.

My pgo t rex 125cc wont start, has gas, clean air filter,new s/plug,new battery,dont get spark when i remove plug wire +hold near earth, help pleae

motors need three things to run. Fuel, Oxygen, and Ignition (spark).
If you leave motorcycles set for a long time, the gas in the carburetor will turn to lacquer. If that is the case no fuel will get to the spark plug. Spraying starting fluid in the air cleaner or carb can prove this, and it will start and run for a couple seconds then die.
If you can smell gas, you have either no spark or it may be flooded. If you don't have spark, find out if there is a blown fuse, or a shorted wire.

Torque on the front axle fringe nut

Let's guess you have a Harley Davidson 1200 rather than a Yamaha 125 dirt bike

The front axle nut torque spec is considerably lower than the rear axle nut. The factory service manual lists the front axle torque spec as 70 to 75 foot pounds.Jun. 11, 2018

Zontes Tiger 125 Fuel level issue. Following on from the last post because I could not send more than one photo at a time. This is the connector mentioned in the first post. Thanks.

These come from the loom to the gauges on my Zontes Tiger. My fuel gauge wasn't working as I found out after putting 5 lts petrol in. Further back behind the carb is a plastic connect it with 2 male spades in. If I connect a wire from the green one in it to the yellow one in this picture the fuel gauge needle goes to full. I drained the fuel and this is still what happened. Is it the gauge, wiring or sender please ? Thanks.

The issue is with the sender unit in the tank. In my day you opened the tank can and looked in, or you sloshed the bike left and right and listened to the tank.

Im sure this was asked but I'm not seeing a direct answer. Why won't my EversTart 750 Jump Starter / Compressor charge ?

It's an EversTart, not an EversMart (I edited it) and you have posted it to the Category Motorcycles. No one has answered because of those two errors. What you are seeing is Suggested Answers.
The most likely reason is that the internal battery has failed. Or if it was really really flat, like 6 months flat, Lithium Ion batteries do a strange thing, the protection circuit won't let it charge. The trick is to get inside it and connect the internal battery to your car battery, plus to plus, negative to negative for about an hour. Then connect it back up and charge inside the unit. If that doesn't bring it up over the threshold, you need a new internal battery.
