sounds like you have bad brake fluid ...you need to flush the master cylinder completely ...with new clutch fluid ..if that does not cure it ..then new clutch spring ...

piston rings gone or valve seals gone to check for this get a compression tester and screw into the place off the spark plug and kick the bike over till the readings on the guage go no higher and tell me the readings off the psi get back to me buddy 34f1e0c.jpg

Drain oil. Use degreaser to clean area. Use JB Weld & allow to set up properly before adding oil.
