My tachometer does not work when engine is started

Is it a cable tacho or electronic? If you have done any work around that area, check you haven't unhitched any wiring to the tacho, also check your fuses. If cable tacho (mechanical) check cable hasn't snapped. Always make sure cable is well lubricated specially after riding in wet conditions.

Is this poor technique or bike problem? The bike fails to go from 1st to 2nd gear and can slip from 2nd into neutral even after engaging.

Depending on the age and use the machine has had, the problem would quite possibly be worn engagement cogs on the gears. I would be considering a rainy day mechanical project, or a trip to my local repair tech to find out a cost estimate.

My 2013 ybr 125 cuts out while riding, seems to be when im around 50mph and changing into 5th gear.......any ideas will be a great help....

I'm making sure I'm thinking about the right vehicle. Honda dirt bike right? Either way sounds like a fuel deliver problem. Your losing psi and speed up. First thing I'll check is the fuel pump at idle then at higher rims.

Adjust timing chain

Most modern motorcycle are self adjusting this is something that should be done by a mechanic if it is a manual adjuster. If its to loose it could jump a tooth or worse the chain could come off all together. If to tight will damage the adjust.

Signal light

It still may be the bulb. There are with some bulbs 2 or 3 circuits and 1 may be burned out. Next in line is a flasher unit and finally a fuse to check. Do both left and right turn signals not work? Sounds like the flasher unit. Unit is often set up under the seat. good luck.

Ybr 125 swing arm bolt stuck

CAUTION: Adjust the oil level in 5 mm (0.2 in) incre- ments or decrements. Too low oil level causes the front fork to produce a noise at full rebound or the rider to feel some pres- sure on his hands or body. Alternatively, too high oil level will develop unexpectedly early oil lock with the consequent shorter front fork travel and deteriorated perfor- mance an characteristics. Therefore, adjust the front fork within the specified range. Standard oil level: 90 mm (3.54 in) Extent of adjustment: 80 ~ 120 mm (3.15 ~ 4.72 in) From top of outer tube with inner tube and damper rod fully compressed without spring.

I have a koso tachometer (rev indicator) for 12 volts. and there is no users manual inside the box

One of those wires is potentially for the light bulb inside the tach. Find that one first. The black should be ground, and the red should be coil, but, how many coils do you have? Mine had 4, and it was the one on the far right that worked the tack, Check it out.

Yamaha ybr 110 - Does

The facts mentioned does convey that the engine is not tuned properly and so lack in performance.
I would request that the fuel settings be checked and corrected with a proper tuning of the fuel /air mixture.
The spark plug must be removed and checked as it will indicate the performance. It should be clean and not sooted . If not replace plug, set the correct gap. Now check the timing of the spark and set it .
The spark intensity and a correct fuel mixture will give you a good cold start and good performance.
