2010 KTM 250 SX - Page 4 - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Hi my name is Martin,we getting lost with my ktm
Hello,
there must be a "safety unit " on your Ktm. It reads all the sensors ( tilt, neutral, clutch...) it could be faulty. If your bike doesn't have one, then the ecu does that job....
i have seen this problem on a good few Suzuki's and aprilia's when the tilt ( angle sensor) was faulty or badly relocated (when someone had fitted an alarm or changed the battery, they had it upside down).
I hope this might help you
Franck

Petcock Valve
If the bolts are spinning you will have to drill off the bolt heads and extract the threads from the base inserts. Replace the petcock base o-ring, epoxy the base nuts into the tank body, install petcock. Or replace tank and valve. It's a choice of time or money.

Exhaust flange
The ring is too keep the pipe from damaging the cylinder.
The o-ring on the pipe is what seals it from leaking.
