First, I'm not a RV representative
* Call or go online to contact the MFR for specific set up instructions. Check the MFR's plate on RV for model and serial number. There should be the "official" name and contact phone number. I say 'official' as there are a lot of similar named companies that have the same RV (rebuilt for sale).

Kits like cobra or sigmajet are great for tweaking, judge your present performance first and determine if you're in the ballpark; Is it responsive throughout the powerband? How's your exhaust looking? If the pipes are showing signs of getting too hot (chrome bluing, exhaust tips chalky white=too lean, tips black=rich).
On to the spark plugs. "Reading" a plug gives an excellent picture; after a somewhat aggressive run with out too much idling pull the plug and have a look at the porclean insulator just above the electrode gap. Best is a nice even cocoa brown. Black=rich, white=lean. I would suggest zeroing in thoroughly, then consider going above and beyond if you wish.

Yes they have two. Both are at the front wheel, one on each side. There is a lot of information in this link including rebuilding and parts.

year make model rear wheel spacer replacement

Or whatever you are after. This far too vague a question. To get good answers, you have good detailed questions.

Request it directly from the manufacturer

Start with the basics.
When was it last given a major service? Fresh spark plugs, fresh oil and fresh filters, (air, oil and fuel), can make a very noticeable difference if it hasn't been done for a while.
Sometimes a bad batch of fuel can cause issues as well. Dirty fuel will clog the filters, starving the engine.
Does it have a manual 'petcock' tap on the underside of the tank? Some newer bikes don't. If yes, Check you've opened it all the way. It also has a gauze filter inside the tank that can clog up over time. You could flush the fuel tank. Do this with a COMPLETELY EMPTY fuel tank that you have left open and vented, that way you can remove the tap, remove the gauze and scrub it clean with an old toothbrush.
When it's warmed up check your exhaust isn't blowing smoky and note the colour if it is. That'll give you clues as to the cause.

The internet has little comment about the differences, however I am taking an educated guess that there is no difference other than the xr-65t is supplied with a quilting table...

Look at the fuel system first. Make sure the filter and lines are not restricted. Check inside the fuel tank for debris. Also make sure the air filter is clean.

hiya, I take it the ignition switch isn't shutting off the engine either. Normally it is a black coloured wire that earths out the primary side of the ignition coil. You will have to check with an ohmmeter if this wire goes to ground or not.

VIN numbers are usually stamped into the frame. Some bikes have a small cover in the step through section that you remove to reveal a 'data plate' that has engine and frame details marked on it. It is sometimes located in front of you (as you ride) on the front panel between your knees, a small rectangular cover plate.
