Does this bike have a main circuit breaker? If so look at replacingt this. They are cheap and this sounds excactly like when one starts going out.

a little is fine it is a vent/overflow line a lot is not ok

Check to see if you are getting a spark. Earth the plug and turn engine over.If thats fine place the plug back and crank over a few more times. Remove spark plug to see if its wet. If its dry remove and clean carbs. If it is wet try replacing the fuel for fresh

whats finny about two cylinder the one which is running could be the the problem but first access if both pulser coil are ok then check the timming ,measure compression of both cylinders

Hi,I dont know this bike but if it has a drum brake then it could be it needs the brake dust cleaning out,or worst case if brake lining is worn out,just food for thought,all the best.

Check battery terminals for tightness,also check battery for dead cells
