There can be a hole in the exhaust system. If there's a hole in the exhaust pipe a noise can be expected. You may need to have it spot welded to resolve the issue.
It can be an exhaust gasket or a loosen bolt on the exhaust as well so you may start on that first.

when you lift the seat to fill the gas tank there is another knob there next to the gas on thats where there oil goes
