many throttle cables are generic so go to a motor cycle spares and see if they have a cable same as yours

It is probably a 6mm screw. 4mm and 5mm and 5.5mm are also possibilities. Just go to a hardware store that has a nuts & bolts section and find the metric screws. Try the 6mm & if that is too large try the 4mm etc..

Blue smoke is usually indicative of poor air/fuel mixture (carburator problem) or incomplete combustion. The carburator probably has dirt in the main jet. You can try fuel system cleaner, but you'll most likely have to clean the jet (requires some disassembly of the carburator). Could also be something as simple as a dirty air filter.

Most 50cc bikes have three tubes plus a fuel line from the gas tank to the carb. There should be a tube from the battery, a tube from the carb and a tube from the gearbox. All three tubes are just vents to the atmosphere. Chances are the tube in question is the one that vents the gearbox, hence the oil. Please rate my answer.

10-40w motor oil will work just fine in your engine, no need to buy those high priced motorcycle oils that are not any better then standard motor oils (penzoil-quaker state- castrol-valveline-mobile). For your coolant, mix it at 50/50 with water.
