2013 Rieju MRT Pro 50. Hi all, my daughters MRT 50 has an error code 05 when she starts up. Also when she puts it in gear the speedo goes blank ( off )

Question edited for clarity and spelling of Rieju / Reiju. Question moved from Cars and Trucks. This is your Workshop Manual and the section on errors. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1088567/Rieju-Mrt-50.html?page=68&term=error&selected=1#manual Owners manual and equally as useless, although it does give some maintenance tips. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1079411/Rieju-Mrt-50.html This gives some clues in the Aprilia Forum. https://www.apriliaforum.com/forums/showthread.php?320791-Electrical-issue It is often a problem buying unknown makes and trying to get support. None of the manuals give contact information. https://www.google.com/search?q=2013+rieju+mrt+50%2C+error+code+05 ..

Why is a speedometer connected with the front wheel, and not with the rear wheel?

It doesn't make any difference unless on a motorcycle in which it is closer to the spedometer and more convenient to mount.

2014 KFX 50. After running 10-15 minutes (until warm) why does it bog down and stall then has trouble restarting?

Fuel tank breather, sticking carb float or float valve, spark disappearing as it warms... Checking a few things immediately it stops should provide a clue...

Yes I have a k1200lt 1999 will to much oil in it make the clutch slip

The gearbox is a 5-speed unit and the clutch is a very European single-plate dry-clutch and hydraulically actuated. Any oil on the plates or incorrect adjustment/worn plates will cause slipping.

My driver on my activa dx-3h20a will not turn

If the driver on your Activa DX-3H20A is not turning, there could be several possible causes. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Check the power source: Ensure that the power supply to the driver is properly connected and providing the correct voltage. Check the power cord and any switches or controls associated with the driver to ensure they are in the correct position.
  2. Inspect the motor: The issue may lie with the motor itself. Check for any loose connections or damaged wiring that may be preventing the motor from receiving power. If you have access to a multimeter, you can use it to check for continuity and voltage at various points in the motor circuit.
  3. Check the drive mechanism: Examine the drive mechanism of the driver, including belts, gears, and pulleys, for any signs of damage, wear, or misalignment. Make sure everything is properly lubricated and functioning smoothly. Tighten any loose components as necessary.
  4. Consult the user manual: If you have the user manual for your Activa DX-3H20A, refer to it for specific troubleshooting steps and guidance provided by the manufacturer. It may have additional information or troubleshooting tips specific to your model.

Can't get over 50 mph on a 99 vz800

Check that it is running on both cylinders. If plugs are fresh, pull them and compare. If one still looks like new out of the box then that cylinder is not firing. Or if you have an infrared temperature probe, check the exhaust temp at each pipe is the same.

Why is my jetta's 1995 clx 1.8L choke causing my car to cut out?

Recheck all your cable connections to the carb are correct and the cable routes are not kinked. This can sometimes cause tight spots on the cable making the choke cable stick and not work correctly. As long as you didn't change anything on the original carb when you took it off your lean/rich mixture should be correct. Is this happening as you're pushing the choke Off or does it happen when you pull it back out to the On position when the engine is already warm? If it's happening when you trying to turn the choke Off it is often a sign the fuel jets on the carb are clogged or dirty, starving the engine of fuel. Get all the jets cleaned by someone who knows what they are doing and see if that helps The choke is simply a flap, that when you pull the choke on, starves the carb of air creating a deliberate 'rich' fuel mixture. This sounds like turning the choke off starves the carb of that extra fuel and stalls the engine.
