Check fuel filter and your float height could be set to low.

One or more of the carbs is probably flooding due to worn float valves, dirty float valves, damaged floats or maladjustment...

Have you cleaned out the gas tank and made sure it is clean with no water. Have you replaced the Fuel filters.
Have you adjusted the carburetor properly. Have you ever replaced the spark coil, it could be bad. Have you made sure the air filter is clean and clear of any obstructions.
