2007 Aprilia rsv1000r can I replace the ignition, instrument cluster and ecu with a 2010 rsv1000r
While I can provide some general information, it's important to note that specific compatibility between different model years and components can vary. When it comes to replacing the ignition, instrument cluster, and ECU (Engine Control Unit) of a motorcycle, it's advisable to consult a professional mechanic or contact the manufacturer or authorized dealer for accurate and detailed information.
In the case of replacing parts like the ignition, instrument cluster, and ECU from a 2010 Aprilia RSV1000R on a 2007 Aprilia RSV1000R, there are a few factors to consider:
1. Wiring and connectors: The wiring harnesses and connectors for the ignition, instrument cluster, and ECU may have different configurations between the two model years. This could potentially create compatibility issues during installation.
2. Communication protocols: The ECU communicates with various components of the motorcycle, including the instrument cluster, to relay information and control functions. Different model years may use different communication protocols, which could affect the compatibility between the ECU and instrument cluster.
3. Immobilizer system: Some motorcycles are equipped with immobilizer systems to prevent unauthorized starting. These systems rely on the ignition and ECU to work together. If there are differences in the immobilizer systems between the 2007 and 2010 models, it could complicate the compatibility of the ignition and ECU.
Given these potential complexities, it is strongly recommended to consult with a knowledgeable mechanic or contact the manufacturer or authorized dealer to confirm compatibility and ensure a successful replacement. They will have access to detailed technical information and can provide guidance specific to your Aprilia RSV1000R models.

OK< can you provide more details? Does it turn over? Does it fire at all? Do you know if you have a spark? Do you know if fuel is getting through? Has it run properly recently?
To run, a motor needs fuel, air and spark
Inspect all fuel lines and wires. Pull the sparkplug and see if it is burnt/wet/corroded

I have installed a new ignition on y aprillia pegaso 2008 and it wont accept the code numbers
It's not the new switch, it's the new keys that have to be programmed.
The keys have uniquely coded chips in them, when you turn on the ECU uses the antenna that is by the ignition switch to look for a code that it recognises, you need to introduce the new key codes to the ECU.
This is what the manual says:
In case of installation of a new ignition switch the procedure is as follows:
Turn ON using new key
The dashboard will not recognise the key and will ask for the customer code: insert the customer code. It is 00000 when supplied. It can be changed to any numeric five digit number.
Now you can enter: MENU, DIAGNOSIS (insert the service code 25973),
Then select MODIFY KEYS and implement the procedure.
If you are not sure about the mode switch, this is what you do:
Use handlebar "mode" switch (left / right) to select "Menu" option on the screen, then press mode switch in to enter.
Use handlebar "mode" switch to select "Diagnosis", press to enter.
Use handlebar "mode" switch to enter the workshop code (25973).
When you have selected the digit you want then press in and it will move to the next digit etc.
You can't screw anything up, if you do it wrong go back or turn off and start again.

Do you put water in a Aprilia Leonardo 125 2009
The coolant system on any engine, including bikes and scooters, does not use just water. You will need a coolant mixture which you dilute with water. There are several types of coolant mix so it would be a good idea to ask an Aprilia specialist exactly which type of coolant mix to use.
