2014 Toyota Sienna VIN 5tdk es078584. No power at all, checked the battery voltage 12.8 volts. May have something to do with integration relay?

Question edited for clarity, and spelling. Question moved to model category. The Integration Relay is an expensive part. Once you disconnect the battery, you break the programming for the anti theft system and engine immobilizer, so you compound the problem. You need an auto electrician. A pro grade scan tool computer can diagnose in 30 minutes normally, yours might take an hour. https://www.google.ca/search?q=mobile+auto+electrician+near+me https://www.google.com/search?q=Toyota+Sienna+integration+relay ..

Toyota Sienna. The rear tailgate door on my Sienna opens and then closes itself right away. While closing it has a jerking motion, not smooth at all.

Question edited to add maker. Question moved to model category from Building Lumber. These automated features are all computer controlled by the BCM. It the door doesn't close within a certain time, or maybe it has a sensor, that can sense the jrking? Certainly there are sensors that know the door should be closed. If you can get behind the panelling, you could spray with a dry silicone lubricant like Jigaloo. You are not alone with this issue and it may be the Recall problem. There is a recall/TSB for issues relating to the auto back door on these, and it sounds like your issue may be related to the reason for the recall/TSB. Your local dealer should be able to tell you with your VIN whether this has been performed on yours. When we bought our 2006 last year from a dealer, it had not been done and I had to ask them to do it. ·#3·Mar 12, 2012 There is a recall for the back door stays (gas struts). When they deteriorate they can no longer hold the back door up, the door sags and activates the power closing. 2000 Toyota Sienna tailgate door will not open/broken handle

I hope I can help, I had the same problem on my 2001. I called the dealership and they said 375.00 + parts to fix. Being mechanically inclined I decidet to try it myself. Please understand, this is not exact, but is a pretty good guide. To open from the outside, make sure doors are unlocked(mine relocked after a minute or so) place a screwdriver, long and thin, into the slot that the handle passes through the door on the right side. Raise the handle of the driver, and you should be pressing down on a cable that operates the latch. the door should release. If you cant do that, from the inside, remove the two side trim pieces. Then remove the inner door panel, One screw under plastic cap on handle, one under cap on strap... and pop off all plastic buttons(hidden) between the door and cover, a 1" putty knife will work for this. You will see the cable that used to connect to the handle. Remove the cable by pulling it through the slot(apparent when you get to it) and now remove the two screws that hold the handle on. Also, you have to remove a screw from the passengers side of the cover plate over the handle. the plate will slide(not sure which way now), and it will come off. replace the handle and etc..... inreverse.. Took me 25 minutes, start to finish. Further questions, let me know. remember, mine was 2001 Sienna.

Can I add a spare tire hoist assembly to my Toyota Sienna 2009 AWD as a simple diy project?

ask your dealer first. (in your unstated country and they are not the same in all ) only the can look up your VIN and see what is there, and know if that part even fits your car, of the vast option on cars today wow how knows all that, or ask for the build sheet, like we have at GM RPO codes. telling every thing added to the car day one. even engines there matter >>>and relates the transmission too.
