Question about Mitsubishi Minivan
Take a look at the radiator. If there is no paint over-spray on the radiator the paint shop most likely removed it for painting. In the process of radiator removal all the coolant would have been either dumped or recovered. Additionally if the radiator was NOT removed look at the rigid AC lines around the radiator. They may have dinged one with a sander and punched a hole in the line. Usually leaks are easy to find as the tubing will have oil on it where the hole is. IF you find a rigid AC line or fitting anywhere in the engine compartment with what looks like oil on it, that is where the leak is. Other things to look for is the electrical connector for the AC clutch. Make sure that the connectors are connected to the clutch and to the pressure switch on the system expansion tank just behind the radiator. It will have a clear window that the internal hole is about the size of a paper punch dot. On top of that there is a pressure switch that must be connected. Make sure that connector is connected.
My thoughts on what to check.....or what could be the problem.
