To access it you have to remove the central dash surround, radio, CD deck and climate control panel. If you have small hands you can then access the rely to replace it. The Front Oil Seal must be replaced when the Timing Belt/Chain is replaced. It is located behind the Crankshaft Pulley on the Crankshaft.
