I have a 2001 ford taurus ses with a 6 cyl 3.0L DOHC engine.
Getting error codes P0304,P0305 and P0306 from check engine light. Light alternates between flashing and steady.
Lots of hesitation and engine missing. Local shop did a compression test and indicated cylinders 4, 5 and 6 not getting compression. No visible water in oil or oil in water and no visible green tarnishing on the spark plugs.

Codes say Cylinder 4, 5 & 6 are not firing. This could be a spark issue or a fuel issue or a mechanical engine failure. Is compression zero? Did they use a compression tester?

i think its the ecu, i had misfire codes come up in my 06 explorer, changed everything like you did, it was the ecu, i got one on ebay with keys for 150, it worked, also ford systems require a fully charged battery

i would check the plug wires and the coils you check the plug wires for bad spots at night start the motor up and look at the plugs if you see a spark arch out the wire and to a peace of metal then the plug wires need to be replace.
You need to have the ecm scanned for codes. The VSC and TRAC OFF lights are one just because the Check engine light is on. Once you clear the code in the ecm they will go off too.
all trouble codes you have are miss fire codes p0304 #4 cyl p0306 #6 cyl p0300 random miss fire sounds like you may have bad spark plugs,wires,or coils
