Hyundai Santa Fe problems P0151, P1166, P1167, P0650 Control Circuit MIL Failure

Hi, I'm a housewife from Chile, South America, I was interested in buy a Santa Fe 2002 GLS (automatic US version). I took the car to a Hyundai garage to check the machine with the scanner the results were:

Maybe you can tell me what this codes mean?... I know a little things about cars but I've never have an automatic car.

    have a 03 santa fe...engine light stayed on.. its the 02 sensor circuit bank2 sensor1.. question is ..where is it located and can i fix it myself

P 0151 oxygen sensor 1, bank 2 - low voltage
Cause- Exhaust leak, wiring short to earth

P0650- Malfunction indicator light

P1166 & P1167 these codes do not exist, if you check these numbers I may be able to assist you further.

2003 Hyundai Santa Fe getting codes P1166 and P1167. First noticed after filling up gas. But trying to fill up the back pressure kept shutting off gas pump and still does it.

These codes refer to the O2 sensor, possible poor fuel quality, low fuel pressure.
Make a reset on the ECU, and check if it turns on again

What is code p0650 and what is mil control system

P0650 - Malfunction Indicator Lamp Control Circuit Malfunction

Possible causes- Harness or connectors for the MIL circuit is open or shorted. Check connectors to instrument cluster.
- MIL bulb may be faulty, check this first.
- Faulty ECM. Very rare that this is the problem.

Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) is located on the instrument panel. When the ignition switch is turned ON without engine running, MIL will light up. This is a bulb check.
