It could be the relay, a burst bulb or a break in the wiring hope this helps.

The first thing i would check is the stop safety switch located under the brake pedal or brake pedal arm. If this piese has failed there will be no current to the brake lights when you apply the brakes

If your HID system was installed right, you shouldn't have this issue.

Not a fuse problem. Problem will be in the box that senses bulb/door position discrepancies.

its on the same fuse as your brake tail lights. did you check the bulb. use a light tester see if there power in the wires ,have someone hold the break down so you can test it. if theres juice to it then bulb or possibly the wires have became broken some wheres

there must be a burned out light bulb

One method describes just turning the key to position 2 and giving it about 30 seconds and that it will reset on its own. A manual method is described here:

That appears to be a low tire warning light. If all your tires are correctly inflated it can be canceled by depressing, and holding for about 5 sec., the button by the parking brake lever. It should clear next time you start your car.
